    • cost-effective and looks really good but leaky when it's raining

arrived quickly, considering shipping to Hawaii. assembly is easy to follow and it looks great! this was a cost-effective solution for our backyard and really tied together the look and feel of our patio, everyone who visits likes the look of it. this would be 5 stars for me but it DOES leak when it's raining. the louvered system works well but the drainage system could be designed tighter. I ordered the 10x20, so the beams come in 2 parts and a few of the seams leak when it's raining. I thought the gutter inserts could probably be a little tighter while assembling, so I kind of knew it might leak a little but Hawaii is mostly sunny so yolo. like I said, it works great until it rains, which we've had a lot of recently. I've tried resealing, but it's still leaky. If anyone has any suggestions or quick fixes, lmk ... show more

Very happy with product so far — giving 5 stars - but need to see how it holds up with rain and wind. Seems sturdy enough. Install direction were a little sparse, but was easy enough to put together. One box was damaged in shipping and they quickly sent out replacement. Great service in addressing the issue. I put it together myself, but had my handyman customize a bit - to raise the height, and add fans and lighting. Happy with it so far. ... show more
