I was not sure what to expect with no reviews at the time of purchase. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. The parts were not broken or dented in transit. Instructions were clear and tools were provided. Well packaged to keep it safe. Hardware is well and cleverly hidden once all put together. Fabric is well stitched and pieces are made well although I did find a random staple in a whole that prevented a dowel from being placed.
