•Pretty decent chair for the price. •It's comfortable–I'm plus size and I fit well. The seat of this chair is a bit higher than my old recliner - which is a plus (no, I'm not tall, just average height) •It seems pretty sturdy. Assembly was okay. It took some effort to make some of the holes line up properly, but no issues once we got it. It took about 1.5 hours to put together. Things I am not commenting on: Massage and heat features. I'm not a fan of vibrating massage, so I don't intend to use it. I bought it knowing that... it was cheaper than similar chairs without the vibrating massage, so I bought it for the price. I like heat, but haven't tried it yet. Assume it's acceptable if I don't come back and say otherwise! There are a couple of things I don't love... •• 4 cords isn't great, but it is what it is. the heating and the movement are powered separately and then there are 2 remotes. ••The thing I dislike the most is that there are only 2 buttons for reclining and foot rest. Up or down (forward or back... or whatever.) In my old, manual recliner, I could extend the foot/leg rest while sitting straight up and I could recline back without raising the foot/leg rest, but in this one, they only work together. I have a little wheeled desk I use occasionally with my recliner so I can work in a more comfortable chair, and I can still do that, but I can't put my feet up while doing so. Bummer, but not the end of the world. Bottom line: I wish they were controlled individually, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. For the price, it's a decent purchase. ... show more

Chair was delivered several days ago, and it came in a nicely packaged box. All parts of the chair was securely packed and included. Instructions were very decent and assembly was done without any issues. Wow, the chair is solid and works very well!! Reclining speed is on the slower side, but that's actually what we prefer for safety reasons. The heat and massage functions as described, although we haven't used that too much yet. Remote for both works well, with the reclining remote programmable to 2 desried recline positions. Overall a fantastic chair for this price! ... show more

I purchased two of these and they are the best choice. From the adjustable recliner, to the heat and massage..perfect. If I had to change anything it would be that the massage and heat had an option where they didn't time out.

Be forewarned the back of the chair goes way back before the leg rest comes up. It’s nice looking and was easy to assemble but the reclining part needs to be readjusted.
