We needed a tall toilet for medical reasons and finally decided to go with this brand and the reviews were so-so. It is exhausting when you are doing a remodel especially with a full bathroom remodel. The toilet arrived fast which was great. We opened it right away and was pleased that it had arrived with no damage especially since the box was pretty beat up. We were happy with it until we noticed the tank was tan and the bowl was white... both should have been white. We tried to just ignore it but it was glaringly different. We contacted customer service and sent pictures and they explained that the bowl and tank were made in different places and sometimes the color can be off. We were really pushed for time and the plumber was ready to install so we just went with it. BUT then came the problem with the flushing system and that was a nightmare. The company did NOT want to do anything about the flushing system. The installer has over 40 years experience and knew what he was doing and he said the flushing system wasn't of good quality (putting in nicely) and suggested we just buy one of better quality. We again reached out to customer service and they kind of put us thru the run-around on replacing the flushing system. They wanted pictures. We sent pictures. They wanted the plumber to readjust. The plumber readjusted (which meant draining the tank every time) We explained to them how expensive it is to have to keep calling a plumber out to drain the bowl and make another adjustment with the SAME parts when he is telling you that it is the flushing system not his installment. The company finally said ok we will send a replacement. They sent what looked to be used and only "part" of the flushing system not the whole thing. Of course it was the same problem. So we decided we would just go buy a better quality flushing system and stop the frustration of dealing with customer service. Over all the toilet is a nice looking toilet and the company made a small adjustment on the price over the tank being tan instead of white. We have a second bathroom to remodel and not sure if we will order again thru this company but not saying we won't. We do really like the height and design and that is a major thing for us... if we do we will just expect to go buy a better flushing system and not stress over it. If you need a nice looking toilet and a taller one then I would say buy this one.

So disappointed with this. It had good reviews, but I found lots of problems with it. The toilet seat is cheap plastic, it doesn't shut off unless you jiggle the handle over and over again, and most of all it sits too far from the wall and the bolts that hook the tank to the bowl won't tighten so we have had to place wood and Styrofoam behind the tank so it won't move back and forth. Altogether not worth it.

I purchased two WinZo toilets. The one was able to be installed by the plumber in one of my bathrooms. The second one as unable to be installed as there was a major manufacturer design in the bottom of the toilet tank preventing the plumber from installing it. Toilet had to be returned. The hole was an OVAL not a ROUND hole!

I have been in the plumbing and pipe fitting business close to 60 years. I have never had as much of a problem with setting the tank on the bowl. First thing is that there wasn’t any instructions sent with the tank. The only thing that I did see after the fact was on specs I scrolled down to see that they sent new and improved stainless steel bolts to attach the tank with pictures of how to attach it. It is almost impossible to get the screws in on the flapper assembly side. Although happy with the height I wouldn’t buy this toilet again. Also the seat is too small.
