Pros: Easy to put together. Quality materials. Heat function. Lift works well. Cons: No charging ports, knew this beforehand, but found we missed having them. Massage styles only vary the length of or pattern of shaking/pulsing. Not much variation between intensity levels. To recline, the legs come up at the same time the back reclines. Not separately adjustable. Final Opinion: My 6' tall son liked the heat function and slept in it comfortably. My 5'7" husband likes the recline, but not the massage. At 5'4", I can't use it. My back hurts with not enough support during the recline; and the massage is too intense, even on the lowest setting, giving me a neck ache. We all like the lift function. ... show more

The first chair was delivered and the box appeared to be a repack and was retaped. I didn’t unpack it and returned it to Amazon. I ordered another chair and unpacked it, started to assemble it and noticed the front section on the vertical part of the arm rest was not padded and I returned it to Amazon. This was perfect for my mom who had hip replacement surgery. She has bad knees and bursitis in her shoulders so this was a complete game changer for her. She could be independent with this. It was excellent for the cost. The heat was nice when she had to ice her hip. She could turn it on so the rest of her didn’t get as cold. The assembly was a little more involved than I had anticipated. Tip: when assembling the arms on the base. They tell you to pull hard to lock them open. They mean YANK it as hard as you can. It won’t lock without violently yanking it. Just “pulling hard” doesn’t do it. I struggled for at least a half hour until I watched a YouTube video.
