I am absolutely please with this unit has all the features that I could possibly want cools and heat things fast. The kit came with absolutely everything to be connected to the disconnect box. It would be best to have a professional company come and hook it up for you if you're not too sure about what you would need to do to connect it but it's a great deal. Comes equipped with a remote control so no need to get up from your comfy seat to change temperatures. A great unit, super quiet, easy to install, it's pre-charged with freon and you only need a power cord. My first one was for my shop and i purchased the 110v version. a few months later i put another one in my kitchen and it's a 220v unit. I already had 220 power at that location from the previous unit. Did I mention how quiet it is? So far so good, will soon be a year on the first one and 6-7 months on the second, both units have made it through the summer and winter months so I'm conninced it was a smart purchase. ... show more

Mostly good so far. Been running in 10-30F temps and it’s putting out heat but not much when in that lower range - which is a little surprising because this unit is supposed to work down to -13F and the space is fully insulated as well. Outdoor unit is a bit noisy and vibrating compared to another mini split I’ve installed mounted on the exterior wall. App isn’t great. Thought I’d be able to add to Tuya but apparently it needs to go through another proprietary app which is a little lacking. The remote is a bit of a joke as you can only tell mode, fan speed, and temp so you really need the app to figure out if things like Health or Clean modes are running or not. Lineset insulation was much cheaper quality that expected. Hope the lack of heat output in low temps isn’t due to that. ... show more

I bought 12000 btu acekool minisplit ac. It did cool very good at the beginning but then after few months Freon went low so I recharged the Freon and then few days days later it stopped cooling again and I found the leak in indoor unit. Ist it was extremely hard to contact them then once I found their website I send them several warranty request but no response. They have no contact phone number. Very frustrating. I own an ac company and I sell lots of mini splits. Very bad experience. Hopefully they contact me to keep me as their customer. I understand things happens but stand up to it. ... show more
