We have been getting hit hard with a great deal of snow. This works great clearing the foot of snow off of my deck from the snowstorm. I make paths to the propane tank, bird feeders, in front of the garage doors where the truck plow cannot reach, and other paths in my yard. This sure does save your back. The batteries last a very good amount of time considering it is moving heavy high snow. We even took it to our son's home in the truck to make a path to his propane tank and walkway and in front of the mailbox. This is a dependable snow thrower. It is so simple to use, push the side button and pull up the metal bar to the handle. It has a light if you are using it at night. The shoot moves easily, no more snow blowing in your face unless you are going the wrong way with the wind blowing. I am almost 65 and 5'3 and I can pick it up to place on the deck to use it or pull it up the steps. I even use it to make paths in the back yard for my dogs. I love this thing. It actually is fun to use. It does not push for you, but it is not hard to move it at all. I wanted a snow thrower that used batteries. I had an electric one before, those are horrible. I can go any where with this one. I want to go to the web site to see if I can get spare batteries. They charge quickly as well.

Heck yea. Live in MT, and we got dumped on with a March snow. Wet and heavy. I bought this to just do around the house and to clear a parking spot, not to do our long driveway or anything like that. This thing did above and beyond what I expected. In the heavy snow I had to take a couple runs but it cleared the snow! It has since gotten colder and the snow blower works great and the battery lasts surprisingly long, and they charge within an hour. Its not a beast, but it definitely saves the back. It could use bigger wheels for easier pushing - but I really did not expect much, and I thought it might be one of those things that do not last long and I either throw away or put in the "dont use anymore" area. But I give it two thumbs up.

Bought this after the first snow in December and waited for the next snowfall. Jan 24-25 we got hammered with 5-6 inches of snow and temperatures below 10 degrees for 3+ days now. Today, Jan 25, had the batteries all charged up and blower fully assembled. I made 2 swathes about 6 ft each and it quit. Brought it back into the garage where it was warmer and checked the batteries (good) , nothing caught in the auger. Took a side cover off to check the belt and motor, turned the auger and motor shaft manually. No power. It is DEAD!

Higher performance than I expected of a "Low End" Snow Blower! Goes through 6+ inches (over 150 mm) of one powder snow Will also work on snow with light ice crust on to of it. (Although you might have to lift the front up for the first pass) Negatives: Can NOT find out how to Buy Spare Batteries! short one (1)screw). Customer Service not helpful.

When we received this blower, we thought "gosh looks like a Lego toy. But what a surprise. First we noticed that it was made in Canada - so thinking this is good as Canada knows harsh weather. We are in the Northeast and the snow has been unrelenting this year. This blower is good for a few to 5 inches of fluffy snow. The battery runs out but hey, we are older so having time to rest between plowing is good for us. I think this is a fine product for the $$.

The battery life lasts to complete my whole driveway and sidewalks. The assembly process was quick and easy. So worth it for the price. Saves so much time compared to shoveling. Most snow we’ve had since the purchase was 4-5 inches. Handled 4-5 inches with no problem. Cleared all the snow.
