My Airedoodle Indy is only 50 pounds though pretty tall and lanky. We just came back from our first roadtrip with him so have had a great opportunity to put this travel crate through its paces. The bottom line is that it worked out great, albeit with one flaw I'll detail below. It goes together and breaks down super easily with each being done within a minute. When I saw this crate I decided to grab it for two reasons. First off, it is half the weight of the all-metal crate we use at home. That crate folds up super easily, but it is still awkward to carry due to its weight and not having a built in handle. This travel crate, on the other hand, also folds up super easily but with an included handle that makes it far easier to carry. The second reason for ordering this particular crate is that dimensions are such that it fits perfectly into the back of my RAV4 when folded up and standing on edge. This made it super convenient to pack while still leaving tons of room for suitcases and all of our other stuff. There is one design flaw in my eyes with this crate. Our pup is past the stage where he chews everything to pieces, but this crate does have some velcro strips on the bottom that attach the fabric to the metal poles and he chewed one of those off. I think having these strips as easily accessible as they are inside of the crate could have been avoided and would dock a 1/2 star if I could. Since it is otherwise a solid product, I will round up to five stars instead of rounding down to four. I don't consider it a flaw, but will note that the soft fleece pad for the bottom of the crate would be absolutely destroyed if your dog was sick or had an accident. We put an "indestructible" pad down on top of it just to be sure it could be easily cleaned if anything unexpected happened. One key suggestion I'll offer is to be sure your dog tries this crate at home before you travel. Indy is perfectly fine with his crate at home and immediately goes into it on command, but our first night on the road he refused to go into this new one. He was absolutely terrified and it took a good 30-45 minutes to slowly acclimate him to getting in and staying in. After that first night he was a champ and jumped in as easily as he does at home, but it sure would have been easier to do that initial training at home rather than in a hotel room at the end of a long day of driving. Otherwise, two paws up from Indy!

This is a decent collapsible dog crate. At 42"L x 31"W x 31"H, it works well for medium to smallish large dogs, which will give them plenty of room to move around. I like that it collapses down, which makes it easy to transport or keep stored when not in use. The material is relatively sturdy and the zippers are as well and the overall crate is sturdy, waterproof and there’s plenty of ventilation. For dogs who don’t do well when crated, this might not hold up well but for those who are okay with it, this is a good choice. Recommended.

I ordered this crate to use for our Jack Russell Terrier who does not travel well in the car when we go on vacation. I got the medium size so that when we do travel his bed also fits in with him and all of his toys and treats. If you are looking for a crate to train a small dog like ours the medium size would probably be way too big and more than likely you'll have accidents to clean. If we were using this to crate I would have definitely ordered a small. The quality of this crate is remarkable and so easy to put together right out of the box. The top enclosure is so easy to open to allow access to your pet conveniently. The medium size is wide just a heads up when trying to get out the door with this size crate. However, unlike most of the metal or plastic crates this crate is so easy to clean as the soft padding at the bottom is removable and washable. The rest of the crate can be wiped down with a disinfectant wipe easily as well. The convenience of being able to disassemble by unsnapping makes it so convenient for storage too. I highly recommend this crate, even though the price is a little stiff, it's definitely worth the investment.

I really like this crate as it is easy to use with lots of access points and it easily breaks down for compact storage. This crate has so many access points on three sides and the top that it's easy to get dogs and cats in and out. It makes things so much easier when traveling or taking pets to the vet. The netting is very nice as it provides great ventilation. The pad on the bottom is good for temporary use, but we put our own pad and blanket in for longer term usage. Our pets are not terribly destructive and the materials are holding up well so far. As with anything new, it takes pets a little bit to get used to, so you may want to try it out before going on a trip. I love how you can easily set up and take down the crate. It is also really compact for storing. I think this one is a winner and I am extremely happy with my choice.

I have a small dog, he's a 17 lb min pin, so this is a bit big for him, but we got rid of his crate a long time ago and we've noticed that now that he's old, he seems to want a hidey hole to relax in so I thought I'd grab this to try. I have set it up in a corner of the house where he can go to be away from the noise in the house or activity if we have people over. He seems to like it so far. It's very structured once you open it. The setup is easy to open up and break down and comes in a nifty carrying case. The padding inside is thick enough for his comfort and I love that the screens can be zippered open to give him full freedom of movement. It also make a great little covered area for him for camping or other outdoor activities where we want him to be comfortable.

I like the large size of this 4 door pet carrier. The carrier is easy to unfold and snaps into a sturdy frame. The whole thing is made up of a strong material that is breathable and allows the animal to see what is going on around them. The 4 doors unzip and are big enough to put my dogs in without discomfort. The bottom of the carrier is soft and comfortable for pets to rest on. The large handles are well made and make it easy to carry. I understand this carrier is rated acceptable for traveling by plane with your pets. I feel confident that my dogs will be safe in this carrier when traveling with me.
