I've been taking these vitamins every day for 4 years now. My initial reaction to these pills was that they are huge (they are ridiculously large, so if you don't like swallowing pills, prepare yourself!) Also, these you have to take three times a day, which to some people may seem a bit excessive. I have a container I fill everty night and take one with everty meal so I never forget. Technically should be taken with a meal, although I've taken on an emptier stomach and have had no issues with stomach pain. After taking these so many times a day for so many years at this point, I feel I can swallow any size pill! I’ve taken multiple prenatal and these have been my favorite ones. Made with good quality ingredients. These haven’t made me nauseous at all and don’t have a weird aftertaste like others. Only downside is this is a three time a day one, so you have to remember to take it more.

I like this product overall, but had previously been purchasing the 60 count bottles (which require only 1 pill per day to achieve a full serving size). Taking one pill per day was appealing to me since I have multiple other required supplements and medications. I thought the 180 count was a better value but realized after a week of taking it that you need to take 3 pills each day to achieve the full serving size. With that in mind, the larger bottle seems to be more expensive per serving and requires you to take more pills daily. I would buy these again but wouldn’t recommend the 180 count bottle. The taste isn’t the best if it sits in your mouth too long, but I appreciate that it’s organic and has most of the vitamins I was looking for.
