I like this brand a lot: I’m on my first bottle so I don’t know what exactly I should be feeling. I’m feeling more focus, with a steady energy and a happy mood with this. No breaks out and nails getting longer and hair too. Like a well over-being. I just like the fact hats it’s very trusted company with clean product. I like that it has all I need in a capsule form. I’m filling on the gaps that I might be lacking on my food diet. I don’t like the smell of it… it taste like raw fish odor, idk if that’s how it’s supposed to smell or i gotten a bad batch!!! I am nearing 49 years old and felt that I needed a good quality multivitamin that would help provide what my body is lacking. I believe I have found it!! I could feel a difference within just one week of taking these vitamins. It seemed to improve my gut health and increase my energy. I tossed my old vitamins in the trash and my only regret is not starting these sooner. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant taste, but I take with water and have no issue.

I have used several different types of daily multi vitamin over the years, everything from Centrum to Sam's Club brand, to some of the more organic type of multi's like Nature's Way Alive! and Wholefoods brand. I'm 41. I can honestly say that these are the best daily multi I have ever used. here's why: 1. These do not upset my stomach at all. The Nature's Way Alive! multi did upset my stomach. At first I thought it was my imagination as I kind of have a stomach of steel, but every time I took my daily, I would start feeling sick about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour later. This feeling would last an hour or 2, but after awhile it was enough to put me off taking them and eventually I tossed the rest of them. I was a little nervous when I ordered these because of this, but I am so happy to report that I have taken these on an empty stomach as well as a fullish stomach and have no issues at all. 2. Oh the energy!!! I don't know what is in these specifically that are making me feel so darn great, but I have been taking these for just over a week and my energy level is crazy high, and as an added bonus I have been in such a good mood (even though I had to spend the weekend doing my taxes which usually puts me in a foul mood). I will mention here that I do not have depression issues or anything like that. I am generally fairly even keeled and have a glass is half full outlook- most days anyway! As I mentioned above, I have taken many different brands of vitamins over the years and I can honestly say that I had never noticed a difference in my mood or energy levels with any other brand. If I forgot them for a day or a week, oh well. But this vitamin is actually different. I felt the difference the first day I took it and I was surprised because I was not expecting the energy and mood boost at all. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my morning multi. In the past, I have had vitamin B shots before and that is the closest way that I can describe the way these make me feel. It is like clarity and energy. My brain is not at all foggy, even before coffee and I have been finding myself sitting and tapping, or dancing across the room, or needing to clean, rake, walk, exercise, move my body. What I'll say about that is that I am generally an indoor person, and although I don't actually hate exercise, it's not something I enjoy. Until this last week when I have so much energy that I have to move my body because I can't stop myself. Will the trend continue? I hope so! Will let you know if it does or doesn't in a couple months! 3. I don't pee yellow with these vitamins. Enough said, right? 4. I have noticed less hair loss in the shower. I have a thyroid condition, and part of this annoyance is that my once very thick mane is now just normal, not thick. I shed a lot. I shed enough that my friends and family comment on my shedding. But the last week I have noticed that I am not shedding as much either in the shower or when I comb my hand through my hair. 5. Just 1 pill a day, so this bottle lasts 2 1/2 months. What is that, about $9.64 a month? Yes, I am totally worth that! I know that these are not the least expensive vitamins on the market, and I hesitated to give them a try because I am a bargain hunter by nature, but I am so glad I did. After years of taking vitamins just because I should, it is so refreshing to feel like my body is responding so well to whatever nutrients it is getting from this little pill- obviously something I was missing before. I recommend these because I can actually feel the difference in my energy and my mood.

I have been searching for a good daily vitamin supplement that has most, if not all, of what I need! I have gotten so exhausted from taking so many different pills in the morning and throughout the day that I just gave up! Then I found these. Life changing! I can take them with or without food (in the morning) and have no stomach upset compared to others that I have tried. They give me a nice and natural energy boost and are easy to remember because it’s just one pill a day. Could not recommend these more!

I genuinely love this product. I love the source of vitamins, and I love that it is a capsule. The only complaint that I have is that it has a slight taste. Now, it tastes like a genuine vitamin should, just a little unexpected but it will not keep me from keeping this product in my house!
