My cousin told me about these vitamins, and they are really good. Been taking them for years, they are organic food sources which are the best, and they are all in one pill.

I have learned from past purchases, (even in health food stores and Trader Joe's) that not all supplements are made the same. If you don't take the time to read the ingredients and philosophies on your pill and powdered supplements labels, or you will be putting your health at risk. For example, I lo
ok for ingredients that should not be in things. Like soy, cane sugar, and preservatives. This product is great. We may not need to overdo it with vitamin supplements, but better safe than sorry. I bought Great Lakes quick dissolve collagen peptides powder from Trader Joe's and it made me sick. I wanted to throw up. Basically, collagen peptides means they used the hides of cows to get the product. Gross! But collagen can be obtained from organically raised cows, some marine sources, et al. So be careful, read the labels!

Product good but packaging not

The product is good i have no argument about it, but the packaging is quite poorly done, the bottle that contains the pills was broken into some pieces "i had to clean each one of them". PLEASE CHANGE FROM GLASS BOTTLES TO PLASTIC ONES

Really good deal, most effective and least gross tasting vitamins for me.

These are a complete, totally plant based vitamin, and they don't taste gross. This is a better deal than other retailers, especially brick and mortar stores. Like half the price of most.

I have to admit when it comes to most vitamins and supplements I am extremely skeptical. I am 48 years old and had been having some very fatigue spells off and on for a few years. Knock on wood, I have not had one since using these vitamins.

This is what I have been looking for!!

I have been an avid user of various diet supplements for more than 20 years. I have also spent a lot of time and energy searching for the best options. Multivitamins in particular, are extremely difficult to assess because of the wide variety of ingredients, fillers, dosages, etc. Many vitamins seem
to have way too much of certain nutrients while lacking in others. I have used Garden of Life products for many years, but I can honestly say that this is the product I have been waiting for. Everything is derived from organic whole food ingredients meaning that the body should assimilate these as food rather than as lab-made artificial creations which is what most other vitamins contain. If you aren't well-versed in vitamins and supplements in general, then feel free to do a little research on the difference between folate and folic acid to get a sense of what I am talking about. Folate is the naturally occurring B-Vitamin critical to pre-natal health while folic acid is the synthetic alternative with numerous possible negative effects. Most lower quality vitamins contain the cheaper folic acid version. This vitamin has taken everything into account, including a patented tablet made from food. The other nice feature of this product is that a daily dose is two tablets per day so if you are someone that eats a very healthy diet and would only look to vitamins as an insurance policy against missing certain nutrients, you could easily just take one tablet a day and double the duration of each bottle. In summary, I can't recommend this enough. My wife is currently pregnant and she is taking the prenatal version and it gives us both a great sense of comfort to know she isn't loading up on synthetic vitamins and dubious fillers.
