Dosage: The once-daily dosage is one of the best parts because it is easy to remember and does not require taking multiple pills throughout the day. Ease of use: It is simple to use and fits easily into a morning routine. Absorption: I like that it is a whole-food-based vitamin, which makes it feel like a good option for daily nutrient support. Odor and taste: The odor and taste are pretty typical for a natural multivitamin. It is not candy-like, but it is manageable if swallowed quickly with water. OBSERVATION: I wanted to take a multivitamin that covers most of the vitamins that I need. I decided to purchase the 30-day tablets, but I will be telling you why I am now purchasing the 60-day tablets! PROS: - The pill is a bit large, but it's not difficult for me to swallow (plus you only have to take 1 pill per day!) - There isn't a high amount of iron in this vitamin if you're worried about high iron levels, and the pill is organic. - I was not using this multivitamin for hair growth, but I take pictures of my 4c hair each year, and I see a MAJOR difference in hair density (not thickness). - I did not experience any symptoms while taking this vitamin for the full 30 days. CONS: - I do not have any cons on this product. In fact, I have ordered a 60-day subscription so I can continue using this! ... show more
