This product Organic Prebiotic Superfood Fiber Supplement taste really good. I used it for the first time this morning at 9:00a today. I mixed it in my pineapple and Banana smoothie with almond milk. The taste was amazing, and I have not felt hungry yet (but I did make myself eat after 5 hours). I have not used the bathroom yet either (which I like to do because I'm on a regular schedule every morning) but we will see. I've read some of the reviews and have few suggestions. Regarding it not mixing well, put a small amount of water in a glass and add the fiber to make a paste. Then add the rest of the water. You'll find that it does mix well that way. I did experience a little gas when I first started taking this but I've been using it for over 6 months now and my body has adjusted to this and I no longer have any intestinal problems. One caution, prebiotics and probiotics work best if you stay away from foods that feed bad bacteria. As far as the taste is concerned, I don't have a problem with the orange flavor. I've tried a ton of different prebiotic brands and this one tastes better than most and works better. I'm not drinking it for the flavor but the results. Finally, and this is the most important, the last six months, everyone in my office has been sick with colds and flu. I am the only one who has not been sick. This was not always the case. I've also lost some weight and don't crave sugar and carbs like I used to. I'm diabetic so this has been an added bonus. ... show more

It says it dissolves fast and easily in any liquid. It doesn't dissolve in water. It tastes nasty and is very gritty no matter what you try to use

I eat pretty healthy but after logging my food, I was shocked to see how low I still manage to fall on my fiber intake. I initially got the Metamucil powder but I didn’t want to keep using that daily since it has aspartame in it. After reviewing ingredients, the garden of life product appeared to be the best. On its own it is so chalky though so I couldn’t bring myself to drink it regularly. I experimented with adding it into my daily chocolate protein shake though and it’s perfect! You get a yummy chocolate orange flavor and no chalky flavor. Highly recommend this product so long as you can somewhat mask the flavor! ... show more

Taste like an orange cream sickle in my opinion. Good consistency or thickness. Price is on par with all natural products. I recommend that you weigh the 7 grams out using a scale and not “measure” out tablespoon. A tablespoon will give you more than 7 grams. I also recommend a shaker cup or any cup with a lid. Don’t stir with a spoon or you will get clumps. Spoon mixing does not work. Shake vigorously for a minute or so and no clumps. Drink and enjoy. ... show more

LOVE IT! I bought the orange flavor because I know I wouldn’t like the unflavored one. Orange flavor reminds me of Metamucil’s I used to take but I chose this brand because of their organic ingredients and no gummy texture. At the end of the day I just love the benefits when taking fiber, especially I don’t really consume the daily recommendation of fiber everyday so this supplement is great back up when dealing with PCOS. I have noticed a difference with my weight and less bloating too. My appetite has decreased to where I can consume proper portion and feel full longer. It definitely mixes well with an electrical handheld mix for drinks. Even with spoons, just catch the clumps and get it crumble and dissolves when smashed on the inside of your cup on the sides, it’ll crumble and then mix it. Lol ... show more
