This device worked well for me for 4 months at which point one of the usb-c ports broke off breaking both the charger and my charging cord. I sent an email to the company directly which gave no response and I responded to their warranty message through Amazonโ€™s system which also yielded no response. I would recommend buying from a more trusted company to avoid wasting your money. Update: In response to leaving this comment the company reached out to me apologizing for their delay. They had me resend my information (twice), and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and they replaced both the charger and charging cord; however, they sent me one of their charging cables which is maybe 1/5th the length of mine that was damaged. Overall I am satisfied with how they handled the situation, but it is unclear to me if I would have gotten any response had I not left a poor review. As for the charger itself I would still recommend it and you can expect another update if I encounter any new problems. ... show more

I have a cheapo version of this same thing that is MUCH lighter. It's a better bet for traveling since it doesn't weigh as much. Quality on this one is very good, as is the functionality. But the weight makes it not ideal for traveling.

Works well plugged directly in. Good to have the extra extension cord that works with any of the included adapters. Extension cord has a fastener already attached to keep the cable tidy when not in use. Block gets warm when in use, but not overly hot. Easy to change the adapter as needed. Really like that the US plug folds in when not in use on both the block and the extension cord for quick conversion. Have kept the small box for the extra adapters when they are not in use. I have had the 100W version for a few weeks now. I am using it to power a 65W Mini PC and a gig network switch on my desk. This is way smaller and cleaner than the old brick power units. I love that I can plug and unplug things, like my phone, without interrupting the power to the Mini PC. The extension cord is very helpful for locating the unit where you want instead of just at the outlet. Great product at a great price! Bought a 30W for charging phones on trips. ... show more

Love the extension and travel adapters. Took it on a long multi country trip and having the extension cable fixed a lot of awkward hotel plug situations and the multiple ports made combining chargers very convenient. Would definitely get another!

The media could not be loaded. Two years ago, I bought the other version with 2 usb c and 2 usb a ports and it still going strong without a hinch. Nowadays, I have more usb c devices. I just bought this 100W charger with 3 usb c ports and one usb a port, better fit my needs. I am glad this new charger inherited probably the unique feature on the market. It does NOT reset. Other chargers will reset itself and recalibrate power with devices being charged when a new device is plugged in or a device is unplugged. This reduces the amount of on-and-off during charging for devices. Although I donโ€™t have any scientific data, I think this will help with deviceโ€™s battery life because I often have multiple devices being charged at the same time. An improvement I can see is it supports Samsung super fast charging 2.0 now. A big plus for me. It is probably still one of the smallest on the market, very compact. There are other 100W chargers that are smaller but they donโ€™t have four ports. Having more ports is important for me because I constantly have two laptops, phone and ipad and various of other devices in my bag. The media could not be loaded. Not an electronic engineer but I am very familiar with electronic devices and I've had my fair share of experiences with various chargers. This SlimQ 100W charger certainly has unique merits. Firstly, the port configuration is practical - three USB-Cs and one USB-A. It fits well in a technological landscape that's more USB-C centric, but still has older USB-A devices around. Size-wise, it's small. Probably the tiniest I've seen for a 4-ports charger, which makes it easy to bring around. The build is solid, well-made and durable, which is key with the repetitive usage of a charger. It can handle charging four devices at once. Not a game-changer, but definitely a nice feature. One thing that stood out to me is how adding or removing a device doesn't disturb the other charging devices. I donโ€™t see other chargers can do this. Just neat. Once you get used to this, it's hard to go back. Hope other chargers can catch up. Overall I would recommend this charger. ... show more
