It holds a 40lb bag of sunflower seeds with ease, has a large, easy-to-turn round handle that is positioned at an angle which makes access easy and quick. My cat had developed a talent for chewing through every single heavy-duty food bag I brought home, and once the seal was broken, the summer ant invasions were relentless. Since switching to the Vittles Vault, both of those problems have completely vanished. Here is why it works: Truly Pest-Proof: The threaded locking system creates an airtight seal that is impressive. It doesn’t just keep the food fresh; it completely cuts off the scent trail. Even during the peak of humid summer months, I haven't seen a single ant near the food. Great box for my chicken food- made thick and durable with a leak-proof lid that will keep rodents out. It is a very solid design that will not fall from the shelf, but is easily moved when re-filling. Comes in different sizes to hold all your supplies!

This things SUPER handy. It keeps the food fresh, it fits a 22 lbs bag of cat food, not 25. Which is fine, it does say it varies, I just wanted to let cat owners know to get a 22 lbs bag or less for it to fit in here. It has like handles on the sides, which I didn’t notice or even thing about when buying it, that’s been super nice! Don’t forget if you buy a scooper to get one that has the right portion size for the calories in your chosen food brand. For my cats I got a 1/2 cup scooper so that I could give them 1/4 cup portions at each meal. I hope this thing lasts a while. I also wish I thought to buy some form of liner for this thing that I could just throw out after each food rotation/ that this company made its own disposable liners as it does take a while for this thing to dry out and you can’t have moisture getting into the dry food or it’s gonna mold everything up. ... show more
