I ordered the Gamma 2 in March 2023. Now 10/9, the gasket in the lid is falling out it is a thinkwhite rubber circle and it fits into the screw top but it has stretched and falls out and I find it in the dog kibble, it can not be giving me a air tight seal. On 10/9 I called and got message no agent available, leave phone number and email and someone will get back with you "shortly". I waited all day, I had called at 10:27 am. I placed two more calls during the day, got the same recorded message. I got an voice mail after 5:30 pm to send them an email stating what I needed. Today is 10/11 and still no response at all either by phone or email. They have very poor customer service. My daughter has had a large one for years and had no issues so I ordered one for my small dog in March. I thought the vaults were a nice item, which they are, but their customer service/warranty service is just terrible. I called again this morning and got the same recorded message. I left a frustrated message again, about to start yelling!!, I want either a new gasket or a new lid, which ever they want to provide. ... show more

I’ve bought this product a couple of years ago, in a larger size, when my, at the time adult dogs, ate the same food. We purchased it because we had an issue with ants getting in their last container and ruining half a bag. Now, that I only have one of the two dogs, which is now a senior, and will be introducing a puppy to the family in a few short weeks, I got this size for my small senior pup and the larger one will be for their new, large breed, puppy sibling 🥰 if you struggle with ants, definitely buy this product. I have the small 15 pound container as well as the 60 pound container and I love them. I use them for storing treats and kibble for my fox rescue! They are well made and durable as well as being truly weather proof! I leave them out completely unsheltered and I never have a drop of moisture in the containers. This is made of nice heavy duty plastic not cheap thin like other products. The screw top seals snug without having to over tighten and keeps dog food fresh. I poured a 16ish pound bag of dog food in and there’s room for slightly more but this is perfect for my needs.

I bought this to hold Royal Canin 7.7# bag of dog food and it works great. Some people complained about their dog food getting moldy at the bottom. Doesn't happen if you make sure after washing the container is completely dry before adding the dog food. I wash, rinse and dry after each bag.
