Unfortunately 4 of the fans on the computer weren't working. I opened it up to see what the issue was and noticed the 'sys fan' wasn't connected. After plugging that in one more fan started working, leaving 3 still not. Sadly, i'm not too knowledgeable on how pc's work so I couldn't figure out how to get the other fans working :( It's a nice pc but, it would be a lot better if all the fans worked right outta the box. ... show more

Came dented and the plugins were off center so we were unable to plug anything in the top correctly. After a few months it just stopped working.
