The media could not be loaded. I needed an affordable laptop that would be fast enough to handle photo editing, business/writing tasks and software, as well as some light gaming. But without having to buy a gaming computer. I didn't know much about this brand beforehand, but so far, I'm glad that I took the chance on it. It starts up within a few seconds and has been able to handle everything I've used it for without any lag. Roblox included. I haven't found a good batch photo editor to see how it handles editing raw images yet, but will update this review once I do. Oh, and I also like how the backlit keyboard turns off, but then right back on when you start typing. I'm hoping it helps with the battery life. One thing I wish I had paid more attention to before buying was the lack of usb c and hdmi ports. There also isn't a card reader slot, which I used for my camera sd cards in the past. But I'm going to get a usb hub to take care of all of that. ... show more

This gaming laptop was a gift for my daughter who loves playing SIMS4. I researched for several months before deciding on this one... based on the quality to cost ratio (CoQ). Also, the 5-star rating is primarily based on the timely delivery; undamaged condition of package & shipping material; sturdiness of the device; ease of registration; high material quality; correct amount of RAM (for a gaming laptop); and decent onboard graphics for the game titles my daughter likes playing. Daughter seems to love the screen, so that was a HUGE plus. Still, reminded her to keep the laptop plugged in to avoid CPU throttling whenever possible.
