The chair came in a large box and was very well packaged. It took a little while to unpack all the parts but it was well packaged and nothing was damaged. All the parts are of good quality. The metal is thick and the rubber is very flexible, as it should be. It took a while to assemble. Probably took 10-15 minutes. It is very comfortable to lay on and the back and head support move into all the right positions. I will probably never use the footrest but I can imagine a younger person might enjoy it. Okay..... I'll keep this quick so it's an easy read. Shipping: 5 Stars, no issues, Fedex dropped it at my front door as scheduled. It is heavy so be careful when you move this. Assembly: 5 Stars, Easy, follow the instructions and it was done in fifteen minutes. Comfort: 4 Stars, the main seat is as hard as a rock, you will need a butt pillow. If you have a bigger backside consider something else, i have a big butt and i barely fit in it. The chair does recline and locks in the position that you like so that's a plus. Quality: 5 Stars, it was built for a bigger person like me, I am 350 lbs. It does wiggle from side to side, but a few shims should cure it. Aesthetics: 5 Stars: It does look really good once assembled. Overall: 4.5 stars, the chair loses a half star because the main pad is not comfortable for long periods. Do not use the leg rest if you are big like it feels kind of wimpy. I am happy with the purchase but only time will tell if it lasts. Good Luck, Big Vin ... show more

You can lay down in it, it goes all the way down! It comes with a little massager but it just vibrates. I like that you have somewhere to rest your legs as well and the little pillow was a nice touch very comfortable for gaming or just to sit in!
