I was a bit intimidated with having to assemble the chair by myself; however, the directions are quite clear and understandable. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble. I was surprised at how comfortable this chair is. I all but fell asleep on it while "testing it out." I am VERY surprised at the quality of the chair. It is certainly worth every penny I spent. I truly did not think this chair would be anything special, and would just be used to meet my need as a desk chair. I WAS WRONG! This chair goes BEYOND my expectations. I immediately ordered a second chair for my grandson and his gaming. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

This is THE most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. It's definitely built for bigger people. I'm 275lbs and chairs tend to not be this good. The leg rest is a little flimsy but it works. You can also use it as a little table if you want. I deducted a star for the flimsy leg rest and shipping was terrible it took almost 2 weeks to get here and the label was destroyed in transit and got delayed as a result. But as of now it's fantastic I may even sleep in it tonight lol. I'll write an update review after 3-5 weeks with it. 100% designed for bigger people both in height and weight. It's really quiet. Looks great. Functions as it should. OH and it has a built it back massager in the lumbar pillow! Feels great as well as an extra neck pillow and a dedicated loop to hang it from on the back

100% recommend this chair. I upgraded from GTRacing chair.I had it for about 3 yrs. This chair is what i needed. Assembly was easy..So far I'm loving it and the height is great for my desk too. I'm streamer and this was def a need due to back pain i was having in my other chair. No cons that I can see far!!! I LOVE IT

Great chair, hard to do the assembling though. A suggestion to the team will be that in the assembling video they should mention which type of screws go where, I had to remove some screws at the end and put them elsewhere.

My new chair arrived in about a week. It was fairly easy to assemble, with all the hardware included. Very comfortable and with the reclining function and footrest I almost fell asleep on it. My only real gripe about it is that the massage pillow needs to always be plugged in to function. If there were a rechargeable option for the massage pillow I would have given 5 stars.
