For the price, I really can’t complain. I love all the features it has. Adjusting head wrest, foot rest, and a recline. I like that you get to pick whatever angle you want to sit at, and lock it there, because most chairs are jut not quite the right angle to sit in comfortably for hours. It reclines pretty far back so you can really use it to kick back and relax. It’s pretty comfortable, although if you sit in it too long you can start to feel the bars bottom below the patting. I put a folded blanket under me and it’s pretty comfortable. The foot rest allows you to kick your feet up under your desk or even sit cross legged. The arm rests do come loose so I’ve been tightening them every week or so. I’d suggest getting some lock tight to keep those arm rest bolts in place. Easy to assemble and enjoying the footrest so far! I wish I could raise the arms, but obviously that isn't possible with this design. Otherwise, it's much better than the chair I had before. I'm a big fan of the head rest.

Great for petite people! I am 4"8 and my feet can almost touch the ground and the back of the chair aligns perfectly to mine. I actually bought 2 of these - one for my boyfriend and I - and I actually assembled both myself which took me roughly 40mins and it wasn't hard at all. The chair looks great but I do have some issues with it. For starters, the chair is way too sensitive to movement so when you lean back, it goes back all the way and there's no way that I know of that can help adjust this setting. I think if this chair had a way to adjust this setting, it would make relaxing a bit easier. My chair wasn't as sensitive but for my boyfriend's it was and he didn't like this. Second, the cushion is OK. I sit for several hours on days where I am recording video games and on days where I am home, I sit for 6+ hours. The cushion loses it's firmness after a short time and I often have to adjust by sitting criss cross or by pulling out the leg rest. I wish the cushion was firmer though and more ergonomic as it does become uncomfortable after awhile of sitting. The leg rest is not that bad but I can only pull it out when I am not sitting on the chair. For some reason if I am sitting on the chair trying to pull the leg rest out, it wont come out so I have to stand up before trying. It's a small kink that is noticeable. It's not a bad chair if you don't sit down for long but if you do, I'd reconsider. ... show more

I bought this chair. 9 months later, this is my advice: Do not buy this chair! Reasons: 1. The right arm rest keep coming off. The reason is a design flaw. Basically the right arm is kept in place by a screw. But each time you lean back, the arm unscrews the screw. I keep a tool nearby and keep tightening it. But it is a hassle. If I don't tighten it regularly, the screw will come out and the arm rest will fall down. 2. The chair is quite uncomfortable to use. The seat keep slanting forward and I feel like I would slide off if I don't stay alert. The foam might have compressed over time. 3. The chair back would lean back too much. I tried to adjust it but it does not help. There is not enough spring power. It would lean back too easily. So I resorted to using the adjustment handle to set a good fixed angle that I can still sit up and be comfortable. But it squeaks every time I lean back. The mechanism is of poor quality. But even with this workaround, who wants a chair that they cannot lean back from time to time without fudging with the controls. The other chairs I have don't have this problem. A good example is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLD42F56 I have tried to contact the seller but there is no easy way to contact them. In conclusion, this is one of the worst chair I have bought. Do not be fooled by the low cost. It is not worth your time. I have purchased 3 other mesh chairs of different brands in the last 2 years, so I believe I can judge fairly the quality of this chair.
