The chair was an easy assemble and very comfortable. The straps on the pads aren't adjustable so they tend to be a little loose. The vibrating pillow is a godsend. It has a cord attachment for a USB, so be careful not to run it over when moving the chair. Overall, a great value

Above average chair with good adjustable features, including foot rest and reclining. I find the cushioning to be a little firm, so I still use some extra padding. I don’t like the head rest or lumbar support provided, but they are removable. The “massage” feature is unnecessary and is just a vibrating cushion. You can remove the mechanics easily if you wish to still use the lumbar cushion. Over all, this chair is much better than the ultra basic “mesh back” chairs that you find for cheaper. Absolutely do not buy this chair. I ordered my daughter one and a warranty for it. Within the week it broke! My daughter is 5 feet tall, 25 yrs old. I got it because she has a rare genetic syndrome and has arthritis and scoliosis. I hoped the heat n massage would help but she stood up and it broke like nothing. The arm and the seat! So I think no problem I can get a refund or return right? Wrong. It's Czololo a 3rd party seller and they won't pay for the shipping fee and neither will Assurion. Amazon denied and closed my claim stating I gave no details when I did send pictures to both them n Czololo. So now I'm out the money and no replacement chair, not that I want a cheap chair. I am so disappointed by all 3 companies. It was my daughters Christmas gift and her birthday is coming soon. I hoped to return the chair and use the refund to get her a gift. Now she's out both. I heard that Amazon was like this and doesn't help their customers but I thought a warranty would help. No, rather than refund me they actually refunded the cost of the warranty and closed my claim. Sad way to treat people 😞 OH it came with no cord to charge it and no manual too so the heat n massage didn't work without the charger. ... show more
