We bought this a few weeks ago for our grandson, his old chair collapsed when one of the wheels broke off, this new ones has a double wheel arrangement on each leg which I think will be more durable. The chair was well packed and came with a clear set of instructions, so we were able to assemble it in no time at all, everything was easy to fit together and they even supplied a bag of extra parts. We noted there was a slight indentation in the lumbar cushion from the way it was packed and contacted the seller the same day, the next day we received a response stating that this is normal and that within a few days it would revert back to it's original shape, they said if we were not happy they would send a replacement, however that was not necessary as within a few days, sure enough, it was back to normal. My grandson is very pleased, and said it was much better than his old one which incidentally cost more. He likes the unique feature of the extending foot support enabling him to fully recline in comfort.

It's pretty good. better than my last 100+ chair. Was a little disappointed when the pillow didn't have the elastic strap to put it in the right spot... using a towel instead to bump it up a few inches. The head/neck pillow piece sags so it's always at my back. It does lean back, but the foot rest doesn't extend far enough for my legs to be comfortable. I suppose this is a good chair for a shorter person but not a 6 foot tall person. Going to give 5 stars though because it is pretty good quality and comparatively to the other chairs in the range the only thing it's missing is the elastic pillow strap...which oddly the instructions showed it having...but the images on amazon don't so .. I guess I was expecting it to be close to a chair I had at work a while back for the same price / style.

Looks great, the seat is comfortable for maybe an hour or 2 then you start to feel it, the chair itself is a great size and comfortable, the part that gets me down to a 4 was reaching costumer care which I haven't still, my chair came damaged and I can't reach anyone, the chair makes noise and the armrests no matter how tight I make them come loose over and over again, it's not horrible it's not the best out there but for the price it's a decent chair. THE COLOR IS AWESOME!!

Chair is okay, but only if you don't plan on reclining it. I have serval problems with this chair like the arms being wobbly no matter how much you tightened them, but the main issue that sold it for me was the tilt lock plate holding the back up, is nailed into wood. If used too much with even light pressure on the reclining feature the nails would chip through the wood until eventually breaking off, and now the back is completely unstable. Tldr just search for another chair to save your self the time of having to return, the tilt lock back plate holding the back together is nailed into wood, with enough reclining it will chip and break.
