I’m a huge fan of pink. I was order this pink chair last week. Its arrived, but I haven't started assembling it yet. The package looks big, hopes everything goes smoothly with the setup. Would recommend if you like pink as well.

The pillow location is way too low. If I was tall, it would be below my shoulder blades. I rigged it with a bungee cord as it is not adjustable. The handle to raise and lower the back is almost out-of-reach and it needs to be pushed down to lock in, making it difficult to know where the chair back will be when you sit up. ... show more

Pros: The chair arrived on time and was very well packaged. The instructions were straight forward, and the chair was easy to assemble. Cons: The seat is comfortable and firm enough for casual computer use but definitely not for several hours of gaming. There is minimal padding on the arm rests which becomes uncomfortable quite quickly. I am 5'7" and the neck rest height (which is NOT adjustable) lands at my shoulder blades which makes it useless, so I removed it. The lumbar support pillow just slides in place which means it also slides out of place anytime that you adjust your seating position. Also has a cord coming out of the lumbar pillow ith no information about it in the instructions. Like I said, sometimes you get what you pay for. I will be buying another chair. ... show more

Everything works fine on this chair. I feel it could have been reenforced better in some areas but that's probably why it costs less than most of the gaming chairs out there. For my wife's purposes I think it will be a good fit.
