Good
Color: Multicolor
My son liked it. The only bad thing is you can’t just cut a piece and continue.

A few problems, but fantastic customer service.
Color: Multicolor
So first off from the pictures I thought this were chasing rainbow, they're not, which was...disappointing but I suppose that's my fault. Nowhere in the description does it specify that, but I assumed from the pictures. That's on me. Straight out of the box it was well packaged, everything looks very nice. They're very bright and the length is great. I had to struggle to get it to connect to my wifi but that was because the instructions are wrong. Like another reviewer said, HOLD the power button for more than 10 seconds until they slow blink, then they pair fine with the app. Sadly I had two major issues. Both I didn't notice until they were already on my wall. A section of light was burnt out on the blue channel so I always had an off strip of color. (ex, yellow strip on white,no color on blue, green and red were fine etc) Customer service told me this was a circuit problem. Also my remote did not work correctly. It worked twice but sporadically, refused to switch colors, then never again. The app works perfectly though but the wrong color strip is very very annoying. I contacted the seller to see if I could fix it and they were absolutely excellent in getting back to me quickly and resolving the issue immediately and courteously. I don't think there's anything wrong with this product. Mine probably got slightly damaged in transit or the wires were just shorted. In my experience with other lighting this just sometimes happens. The product itself is exactly as described and the seller is excellent about resolving issues.

Great colors, and consistent
Color: Multicolor
Very pleased. Bought 2 and the colors match perfectly on both. Only saying this because I’ve gotten RBG light strips from this company before and the colors didn’t blend.

Pretty good
Color: Multicolor
The media could not be loaded. I really think they are good lights, I bought 3 but only 2/3 worked. They are easy to assemble and very flexible. I would recommend using the tape instead of the screws

Color: Multicolor
This light rope looks great, and when it stopped working a month after the return period was past, the company was very gracious and replaced it for free. I am a very satisfied customer. Lincoln & Family
