Attractive and works well
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
Using it as a refrigerator. It's a very nice size for a small office (I don't need a freezer). It looks great. However, it is LOUD. I'm disappointed. UPDATE: It's much quieter after the first day. Perhaps the freon needed to settle. i'm actually quite pleased with the refrigerator and changing my review from three to five stars.

Great freezer the absolute worst customer service ever
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
Product arrived missing screws for the door handle. After about 20 calls they could not provide me with replacement screws or even tell me what kind of machine screws they are! They kept telling me someone will call me back but never do! The unit was great for the price but I shudder to think what will happen if the unit has a problem. If there is a product even 100 dollars more from another company, buy that company! Galanz is the worst. My next step is yelp and better business bureau on them. Horrible experience. They even waited for the return window to close and before that suggested I return the entire fridge back to Amazon for these two tiny screws! This unit was not easy to get into the location I have it in so I found that completely ridiculous. If you have an option, do not under any circumstances buy galanz products. There is absolutely zero support. Just horrible. Great unit but buy at your own risk!!

Cool as a fridge, loud as a freezer
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
Works well and I like it. But I don’t like how loud it can get as a freezer.

Very nice.
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
I’ve had this fridge since March 2024 and I very much enjoy it. I love the temperature control of it. It is not loud at all. The decibel stated in the description is higher than what the fridge actually makes. The fridge is pretty spacious, it is true to the pictures seen where they fit a rack of rib inside. There are some designs inside the fridge I would like to change, but that’s just me overstuffing this fridge with food. The quality of the fridge is just ok, on the side of the fridge and parts of the door you can see some manufacturing errors like the surface on the side if the fridge not being smooth and protruding. these were not deal breakers because it is being used in my garage and it didn't make any funny noises or break during my 30day period.

Very loud
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
The product works well. The problem is the compressor is very loud and never shuts off. It runs constantly. It's so loud from 20 feet away that I can't even hear the person sitting next to me.

Compact without compromising space inside!
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
Sleek, modern and space saving. Works great as a freezer, and we still have plenty of room left to fill up! Super fast shipping, arrived the next day and no dents or scratches. We love it!

Very good
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
Ordered this a few months ago and it's really great. Took me forever to find an upright freezer that was just the right height. Keep in mind it's difficult to open until u put stuff in it. The delivery guys from Amazon arrived on time and did a great job in putting it in my kitchen. All I had to do was unwrap it and plug it in. Waited a few months before I reviewed it to make sure it works.

Buyer beware - JUNK!
Color: Stainless Steel
Style: Refrigerator
I purchased this freezer in March of 2023 and it completely stopped working on Oct 3rd 2024... Galanz will not stand by their product. It is out of warranty and I am out $800. UPDATE: We lost everything frozen in the top half of the freezer - I just thought we caught the issue early, but on further inspection and after we got past the emergency trip to lowes for a chest freezer we left 2 thermometers in it - 1 on top and 1 on the bottom. It turns out the fan that is located behind the back panel went out - it pulls the air from the bottom to the top. I have a fan ordered for $42, but it will take a few weeks to deliver. I still don't recommend this product. And I'm keeping the backup chest freezer just in case the replacement fan takes a dive after 17 months. This freezer will go back to the frig setting for drinks only. I won't trust it with high dollar frozen products again. Very disappointed with this purchase and the amount of money that I wasted.
