The media could not be loaded. So I should start off by saying that I got into the “Espresso game” about a year ago. Prior to that I would make my coffee with a Keurig. I found a small espresso machine at a thrift store for $5.99 and bought it. I’ve always loved espresso but had never made it myself. Let’s just say I was hooked!! I had that machine for about a month before I upgraded to a $70 espresso machine I bought at a store. All was well until a few weeks ago when it stopped working suddenly. I’m huge on doing my research to be able to make the most educated, cost efficient, decision I can make when it comes to something I’m passionate about. Which led me to purchasing this machine. I must say it does exactly what it says it does while also looking sleek and feeling luxurious. It didn’t cost me $500 plus and my espresso tastes as good as ever!! I’m also thrilled that I can ditch my keurig and have an all in one machine. THE COFFEE SIDE OF THIS MACHINE ISNT K-CUP COMPATIBLE (which doesn’t bother me any)!!! I can still make a single cup of coffee so I’m happy. If you’re in the market or want to try out an espresso maker, I highly suggest giving this one a try!!! It was worth every penny!!! ... show more

I was disappointed with this machine. For the price, it should have been better quality. The metal around the bottom was so flimsy and didn’t align with the plastic. The knob for steam was so hard to turn I couldn’t get it to turn off and it made a mess everywhere and burned my hand. I don’t think this machine is easy to use. I put a regular coffee mug under the espresso side and it splattered everywhere. I can’t imagine what a mess it would make if I had used the tiny espresso cups. When I made a cup of regular coffee, it barely filled the mug half way. It fell short of my expectations for how much I paid for it. The box was also badly damaged when it came. It practically fell off when I tried to open it. I’ll be looking for a different brand. ... show more

This product was very nice and easy to use. Unfortunaley it lasted just under one year. It just quit. I tried cleaning it really really well but it didn't work

Although the company says this is compatible with ese pods, it is not. Even with specific basket for pods they are still too thick and the handle will not lock in. The machine barely puts any water thru for a single shot. I would say maybe a 1/3 of a shot is more likely. The double shot is more like a single shot. The single serve coffee option is good at least. My final take is look for a better machine, this one is mediocre at best. Update… this machine is worse than expected It does NOT make hot coffee or espresso no matter how long you try to “heat it up” Final thought… IT’S JUNK!! ... show more
