I got a refurbished unit. Upon filling with water, the whole counter overflowed from underneath the unit. It was a refurnished unit at a good discount. So I wondered what could be wrong and opens it up. Well, and internal tube/hose was not connected at all so all water just ran out. Fixed that and now it’s working fine. Makes decent drip coffee and using regular grind I can make decent cappuccino. Just appalled by the quality control of the refurbishing department. I think the unit was returned and they didn’t ‘see’ anything wrong with it so repacked it’s and shipped it out again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I should start off by saying that I got into the “Espresso game” about a year ago. Prior to that I would make my coffee with a Keurig. I found a small espresso machine at a thrift store for $5.99 and bought it. I’ve always loved espresso but had never made it myself. Let’s just say I was hooked!! I had that machine for about a month before I upgraded to a $70 espresso machine I bought at a store. All was well until a few weeks ago when it stopped working suddenly. I’m huge on doing my research to be able to make the most educated, cost efficient, decision I can make when it comes to something I’m passionate about. Which led me to purchasing this machine. I must say it does exactly what it says it does while also looking sleek and feeling luxurious. It didn’t cost me $500 plus and my espresso tastes as good as ever!! I’m also thrilled that I can ditch my keurig and have an all in one machine. THE COFFEE SIDE OF THIS MACHINE ISNT K-CUP COMPATIBLE (which doesn’t bother me any)!!! I can still make a single cup of coffee so I’m happy. If you’re in the market or want to try out an espresso maker, I highly suggest giving this one a try!!! It was worth every penny!!! ... show more

    • It was not my favorite.
It didn't wow me. When I used the frother, which is why I purchased the unit to begin with, it watered down my coffee ☕ and changed it's flavor. Not good at all.

I like this machine, it does what I need it to do. Other than that, it’s pretty useless. Only good at making espresso/double espresso.. Frothing milk doesn’t work well, drip coffee doesn’t work well either.
