Perfect addition for my little gym and workouts! This ring is tough and harder to push in than one would think! It’s my first ever time using a ring though so that could be part of it! Comfortable grips for pressing. It seems to be of great quality and the price was right!!!

I bought this ring because I wanted to practice pilates outside of my usual class. The rings used in class actually have some weight to them and are, dare I say, higher quality. I've seen the Gaiam brand on a lot of expensive things and expected this ring to match that of the one in the gym I use, but: 1. It is feather weight - almost weightless. 2. I've had it for a few weeks and the inner foam pad is detaching (seems like it the adhesive was something like glue?) 3. It feels kinda cheap. If you use it only for balance/transfer exercises, it's fine, but if you're looking to add in any of the abduction/adduction exercises, this ring has ZERO resistance. ... show more
