I had doubts when I purchased this Gabrylly ergo chair. I typically stay away from mesh seat chairs, but surprisingly this one is very comfy. Assembly was super easy and I love the lift up armrests. I'm 5'11" and fits me very well, but if your over 6 feet, it may not get high enough for you to sit properly. Arm rests are perfect height at my computer desk when typing, etc (again this may differ for others). Armrest padding and the lack of adjustability as probably the only real sore spots on this chair at the moment. Not much padding and I can see needing to get an armrest pad that straps on. I can't currently speak to durability of the chair as I just got it but I do find the chair pretty sturdy. I do find it very comfortable and happy with my purchase especially after the coupon.

I was having some back paid due to various issues including poor posture. I work a desk job from home for 8+ hours every day (as is likely true for most people in the market for an ergo chair), so I was very excited to have this chair delivered. Assembly was simple and straightforward, and all of the necessary components were included in the box. They even included extra screws -- just in case -- which was a welcome sight. In all, it took about 20 minutes to assemble. Once assembled, I'll be honest in saying that I was initially underwhelmed. I'm not sure what I was expecting exactly, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the chair wasn't particularly comfortable. I attempted to adjust the lumbar support component to each of its 3 vertical settings, but still couldn't find that Goldilocks position that I had built up in my head. I had strongly considered requesting a refund, but I decided to try it for at least a full work day before taking that step. What I realized is that this chair isn't meant to be comfortable, at least not in the conventional sense. After all, comfort (at least as I knew it) was generally the result of poor posture. And since this chair actively encourages you to sit with proper posture, my body immediately rejected the idea. In short, this product requires the user to take an active role in their posture and physical health. It's not something that will cure what ails you on its own. Rather, it's an incredibly effective TOOL that assists the user in fixing their posture. And it works extremely well. I've been using the chair every day for a couple of weeks now, and I've noticed that my posture is much better, even when I'm NOT using this product. That's the true value proposition of this product. As far as product features, I rather enjoyed the fully adjustable nature of the arms. It's actually the main reason I purchased this chair over others in the market, and they perform well as expected. In addition to adjusting up and down (which is seen in most products), the arms actually adjust forward and backward, as well as on a rotational pivot inward or outward to suit your needs. The headrest works as expected, but I personally found that I prefer to leave it off. The good news is this is easily accomplished and looks just as clean and polished as if you were to leave it on. So why only 4 stars? I can only think of two mildly critical things to say about this product: 1.) While the lumbar support does have 3 adjustment settings that toggle position up and down the back of the chair, I found myself wanting some setting that could adjust the intensity of the support. It's a very sturdy support component, but sometimes I wish it was just slightly less dramatic. 2.) I was lucky to purchase this product on sale, and am generally happy with the price point I received. However, for as well as this product works, I can't say I would recommend it at its full MSRP. Again, not necessarily a knock on the product, but my metaphorical socks need to be thoroughly knocked off to justify a $300 office chair. This one falls just short. If you can find this product on sale, and are prepared to take an active role in your posture and spine health this is a solid buy. If you're looking for a product that's going to solve all your problems for you, this one may not be for you.

The assembly part was easy and straightforward, everything was packaged well and I really enjoyed that the screws and tools were all labeled in a separate package. So, it was pretty easy to tell what to use in each step of the instructions. There was even some spare screws so I thought that was cool. The chair itself is awesome and comfy, the headrest is adjustable but can also be removed if you don’t want it. The armrests can be lifted upwards which I love because it doesn’t hit the desk, allowing me to scoot closer. The lumbar support is already built in and it has honestly helped my back and in general help me sit straighter. I did have some trouble with the armrest because it became wobbly but received excellent and speedy customer service. So the issue was resolved rather quickly. Overall, I can definitely say I enjoy the chair and if you ever have questions/issues you can count on their customer service.

Great for posture. Can be customized for proper arm and seat height, and the lumbar support moves up and down to fit your lumbar best. Coming from a chair with basically no lumbar support, it took a little while tog at used to, but now that I have, I can’t go back. Assembly was easy and took about 30-45 mins. The customer service was great too; they reached out to see how I was liking the chair and to get the warranty activated.

I love the chair and consider it a great value with one issue that keeps me from rating it a five. The lumbar support refuses to stay in the position I set it. The minute I lean back against it, it slides down to the lowest position, it won't stay where I most need it.

I got the regular model for myself and the XL size for my college student son. Both of us love the back support this chair provides and the airiness of the mesh. We have similar chairs at our work that cost way more than this chair here. And you know what, the difference is minimal. So I feel like this was a great deal. Putting it together was no problem and everything fit well.

The chair has a part in the back that is suppose to provide lower back support. It doesn’t. It falls and needs to be propped up with a pillow for the price point. You would think that you wouldn’t you would not need to do that. The piece in the back is very uncomfortable and hurts my lower back which defeats this whole point I would not recommend this it’s not worth the price. Don’t buy
