I bought this treadmill almost a year ago. The first one I bought had a bad running board from the outset. However, this was undetectable until it started to fracture after I'd owned it for a few months. I contacted the manufacturer and sent in picture of the damage. They instructed me to not run or walk on it anymore as in its damaged state, that could prove dangerous. They immediately shipped a replacement unit out and I had the replacement before I knew it. I use this product frequently when I have breaks in my work day or just slow walk during meetings where I am not on video. The remote and on unit controls are simple to use and easy to understand. I can quickly and easily shift from 2.0mph up to 7.0mph. My normal usage is for walking around 3.2mph to 3.5mph. For reference, I am about 175 pounds. This helps me keep fit, maintain a great posture and feel more energetic throughout the day versus sitting in a chair at my desk.

This works well, I use it under my desk. It needs a LOT more lubricant under the belt than is provided. I got some more at the hardware store, without it the belt turns with a lot of friction. It’s a little hard to move, and the controls are kind of confusing. Overall as a walking pad under my desk, it does what it needs to.

I purchased this treadmill about 6 months ago and love it! It is quiet enough to walk during virtual work meetings and very easy to move around when needed. I recently encountered an issue where the speeds were acting up and it was jolting (I think because my office chair was unintentionally hitting a button while it was not in use). I contacted the company about it, and they quickly responded with a solution on how to fix it. Now it’s back to working perfectly!

So far pretty happy with my purchase. I like that it doesn't take up too much space and the handle bar can be put down for easy storage. Two cons, I wish the buttons had a glow feature, my basement is pretty dark and I often have to use the flashlight to see which button i'm pushing and the handle bar tends to be a bit flimsy. It's hard to get it at the perfect position and keep it sturdy. It kind of flops around and for someone like myself that's a Clutz and tends to fall sideways, i need a bit more reliability. I definitely would hold on agressively as you could a gym machine but for the size and cost, I'm happy with my purchase.

I work from home and bought this to try and help make up some steps during the work day (I am largely in meetings). Came assembled, easy to set up, and fit under my standing desk. It is as advertised, the only negative side is how often I’ve needed to adjust the belt, but it is super easy and comes with an allen key to do so. I’ve had to adjust the belt almost weekly. The machines beeps when you power it on and again when you hit mute. This is as advertised and super minor, but I would love if it just muted and didn’t reset every time. It’s fairly heavy (light weight for a treadmill though) so it was too much of a hassle to stand it up every day (to save space) so I just keep it out. Happy with this purchase though, and one of the few treadmills that go under a desk but also goes past 5 mph

Haven't used it with the bar up yet but I use it every day under my desk from 1.5-4.0. It's fairly quiet and a lot smaller than my regular treadmill was but it's perfect to get my steps in. Everything works exactly as expected - it was a good purchase.

Super nice looking treadmill, very light and easy to move around, but not stable if you try to leave it standing when folded, but that is not what's intended anyway as it's "under the desk". Surprisingly quiet, but a little confusing to program.
