Best customer experience ever. During shipping the product got damaged and they made sure I had replacement parts in just a matter of a few days. No hassle, they just asked for me to snap a few photos for their records to pass along to their packing and shipping department. It was easy to assemble, where my ground was a little firmer i used a rubber mallet to drive the posts down. It's a great way to fence in small areas (like in front of my modular home) where i let my dog play and we like to sit outside in it. You can add or subtract panels. So you could buy another set and make it even bigger. Transporting to other locations is a little trickier as this doesn't fold up anyway. All individual panels with posts. Ohh and it comes with two doors which i love. One by the drive way, one by the walk way. 10 out of 10 love this product and their customer service was impressive. Can't say this enough. I was looking for a play pen to replace more flimsy one that we had. After a ton of research, I landed on this one and it just arrived. It was very easy to assemble. Because we are using it indoor and I will not need to push the posts into the ground outside, I did buy the protective covers (same brand) to protect my floor. I also bought a waterproof pad to go under the whole assembly. I got the 32” height version. For reference, my month old wheaten terrier (pictured here) is 20” tall from the floor to his shoulder or hip. I think this pen will be perfect even as he grows. If I encounter any concerns with the product after using it for a while, I will update this review accordingly. ... show more

We purchased this to let our Grand pup have a place to feel free. Princess was attacked at the dog park. We have a leash law in town. Dogs are suppose to be contained. We have neighbor who let their dog run free. We are so worried Princess would get attacked again. The pen is so easy to assemble. Love it. Got this for camping, but just got a new pup and need something for overnight and when I leave her home and don’t want unpleasant surprises when I get home. I like this much better than a crate. Plenty of room to stand up and stretch, yet small enough to keep her from going potty , as they don’t like going where they sleep. This was unbelievably easy to assemble. Great product, sturdy, easy to set up and looks nice. We are using it to block off our garage. In other words, open garage doors and place this gate in their place to keep the dogs inside the garage. It almost does exactly what we want it to. The fence will stand on its own, but it wouldn't withstand a dog. However, there is a small crack where our driveway meets our garage floor, and we are able to insert the posts into the ground. Works great. (Posts connect each piece of the fence). THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE FENCE DOESN'T FOLD UP, YOU HAVE TO DETACH EACH FENCE SEGMENT. Which is easy, but it would be easier if you could fold it up to put it away! ... show more

Better then our old folding gate. Nice for the house with a jumper. (We trimmed the post for the house only and added closet rod caps to post ends cause we have wooden floors) ha! We had a few panels got bent in shipment, letting the company know they replaced them when we sent a photo. We puppy-set our grand pups now an then, so we got enough for 2-8pcs puppy play pens. We can take the whole thing down or leave one 8psc up as needed ... "just perfect". ... show more

I bought this to protect a young plum tree from the family of deer that regularly visit our yard. I bought the 16 panel version so that I could put eight panels around each of 2 trees. So far, 6 panels around the plum tree has been working to keep the deer far enough away to let the tree thrive. Although they are eating the leaves within reach. I love the access door so I can get in and cut the weeds around the base of the tree. I would have liked a little tighter fit for the stakes that tie the panels together and drive into the ground. There is a little wobble, but overall it is working great for our needs. ... show more
