This was purchased as a replacement for my stepson, due to the first one he had getting stolen. This one was delivered on June 3rd, 2014. By Thursday the 5th, the scooter was retired to the garage with the rear wheel having 2 chunks taken out of it. When asked how the damage occurred, my stepson said that he was riding it on our driveway and when he cornered the scooter seemed to slip. While continuing to ride it, he noticed that something was wrong with the wheel. Upon closer inspection, we saw that the wheel was basically crumbling. The first scooter was the same model, and that one saw quite a few trips to our local skate park, and a lot of rides back and forth to friends houses in our neighborhood without any issues at all. He really likes this scooter, but in it's current state, it's un-rideable. It looks like we'll have to try and find at least one new wheel for it. ... show more

So i bought this for my son and he was so pumped that every 5 seconds he would ask "mom when is the scooter coming in?" he was so happy when the order form said that it would be in on Wednesday. He was so happy because we had ordered it on Saturday and we got it late on Wednesday. After about 10 minutes he came in saying that the wheel was scraping the side of the "arch" above the wheel thing. I told him to ask your dad and about it and after that the wheel spun fine and then he comes in and tells me that the "grip tape" is way crooked and that when you brake it makes a high pitched squeal that was loud. I am probably going to return it and buy a regular scooter unless he wants to try buying another one to see how it is but I don't know. :( ... show more

Call them if you need to, and you'll see how professional and eager they are, to make it right with customers that purchase their goods from Amazon or anywhere else. As far as the X-3 Pro Scooters (2 of them) go, our 7 and 11 year old boys, absolutely love them!..Great product for the price! ... show more
