I am pleased with this cute sectional. It met my budget range, it was the size I was looking for and it shipped super quick. Mine came in two boxes. Got one box a day early and the other box, the next day. For the assembly, setting this up is a breeze. You have three bases and all you have to do is add the legs and line up the brackets. Now, keep in mind that the cushions come in vacuum sealed bags. You do have to wait 4-5 days for the cushions to fully puff up. I like that when you sit, you don’t sink in. It’s comfortable, the fabric is soft and you can wash the cushion covers which is great because I have a dog. The back cushions did not puff up as much as I would have liked, but other than that, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend this budget friendly sectional. 👍🏼

Like many others, I wasn’t expecting much for the price of this couch. We just needed something to sit/sleep on for my mother’s place. I am very happy with this purchase! This couch was easy to put together and is comfortable. It is firm, but not hard like a rock. If you want more softness, a few throw pillows help. My 6’ tall son sleeps on it with no complaints. I was worried that it was going to be too low, but it’s fine for an average height person. If you need support to get up, this is not for you. The arms are basically cushions. I was also concerned about the material but it looks quite nice in person, and is easy to clean (already had to clean paint off of it with no trouble). I like that you can re-configure it, even though it only “locks” in the shown U shape. Who knows how long this will last, but for the price, it’s fabulous. It seems sturdy enough, but if you’ve got active kids, it might not hold up as long. Overall it’s a great buy for the price! We used the coupon so it was $400 before tax. We’ve already had an guest ask us for the link so they can buy it too.

The boxes were huge and packed so tight that I hurt my hands opening them I have extremely bad carpal tunnel but even with my hand braces on, I hurt my hands and made them worse opening the boxes and putting the couch together just for it to not be worth it! The cushions do not puff out after 48 or even 72 hrs! The pillows slide and it’s cheap! My 5 yr old banged her head in the back of it and asks why it’s so uncomfortable and hard. I get that we get what we pay for but $400 plus $100 shipping it should n could be better then this! The seller offered me a $60 partial refund if I wanna keep it but that won’t even get me 4 pillows and I would need way more then that. I was looking forward to having a soft couch for my daughter ti relax and fall asleep on me and for me to recuperate after my surgery but now I have to wait till I can get hopefully all my money back and am couch shopping again! Easy tobput together even with some parts being bent but it was a nightmare to open the boxes and soo much to take away to recycling bin and it’s not worth the money time or aggravation and the seller does not offer pick up so after spending $100 shipping.. I am now responsible for pick up and return and am starting all over looking for a couch. I hope to god I get all of my money back and if not that would be stealing and I am entitled to more them this seller has offered me so far so I won’t just let it go. I am a single mother and need my money and a decent couch for my child that will last us. Do not waste your time. It looks great in the pictures but it’s a terrible waste unless your completely desperate and even then they sell futons for $100 or $200 that are better then this . Don’t be like me and read reviews after.. I hope you read them before purchasing!! Do your research please

After having the couch for about 3 months now, I can confidently say that it’s the best budget couch that I’ve ever sat on or slept on. I was skeptical at first, but once it fluffed up and was broken in a bit, it became super comfortable. It’s on the firmer side, which I prefer as opposed to a couch that I heavily sink into. Assembly is the only reason why I knocked it a star. It was straightforward, but the main problem I had was a screw not fitting correctly due to the hole being a bit off in some way. I retried several times and even switched the two back pieces and the screws only to realize it just didn’t fit into the actual bottom part of the couch. The screw is crucial to the structure since you have to lean on the back part, so I left it halfway in until I thankfully found an ever so smaller replacement for it that fit perfectly. I otherwise would’ve had to either keep retightening the original screw or possibly replace a whole piece of the couch, which would’ve been a hassle. Otherwise, the couch itself is really nice and the cushions no not budge as long as you remove the Velcro covers.

I ordered this couch because I just moved into my apartment and this one was relatively affordable. There are a few lose/missing stitches but they are underneath the cushions so they aren't noticeable and shouldn't cause an issue in the future. The instruction manual says you need 2 people to put it together but I am a strong independent woman who doesn't need no man (code for I have no friends and decided midnight was the perfect time to put this together so I couldn't ask my neighbors). Plus I did have my cat who was there for emotional support. The couch took me about an hour to set up and was super easy. There was some issues trying to Zip the cushions to the armrests but I think that was more of an ID10T problem than a quality issue. I also received 2 of the left hand side seat cushions so I am unable to Zip the armrest onto the right side but I did reach out to the company. Hopefully they can send me a new cushion. Overall it's a decent couch that's pretty comfortable. If you are a taller person, I do not recommend though. The seats are not very deep so I don't imagine it would be comfortable. I am 5'4 on a good day and when I am sitting all the way back, my legs are at a perfect 90° angle.

It doesn’t look like a million dollars, but it is quite comfortable. It has 2 large chaises, can easily sit 4 people very comfortably. It is on the firmer side, which I like. I would recommend to back it up with a wall. It doesn’t look too pretty from behind. The legs are long enough for Roomba to get under it, that could be important for cleaning. Really for the cost of it, I have no complaints. It does came in 3 separate boxes, so if you got one, be patient, the rest will come. And once it is all put together, it looks good.

This sectional comes with three pieces that connect, all of them was delivered separately on different days. THE COLOR IS NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED. Once finally received and put together I gave the cushions time to expand, which they never did! I contacted the seller, they refuse to send out all new cushions or give me a refund. They will only offer to send two new cushions for the entire sectional. I had to go through Amazon to receive my money back for this sectional. Now months into me having this sectional the quality is horrible it’s the most uncomfortable couch ever. The 3 pieces connect with hooks which makes the base stay together but the cushions that sit on top do not stay together and will move out of place with any bit of moving you make. There is no comfort or support with this sectional. It is cheap, but it’s a waste of money!

I’m a single mom, and my 4 young kids and I started over last summer in a new state. We were given free furniture (thankful for that!) but unfortunately the couches bit the dust this spring. I took a long time to finally pull the trigger and buy this couch but I’m so glad I did. It was SO easy to put together, my 5 year old could put the legs in and make them tight by herself. It was much easier than the last items I built from Ikea. No problems at all. The couch is very comfortable, no smells, and my kids all were so incredibly excited about it. I fell asleep on it the first night within minutes of laying down. Of course I’m a single mom so that could be part of it, but my mattress isn’t the most comfy and this couch is comfier! It’s so much bigger than I expected, it is perfect for our small living room. I couldn’t be happier! If you have smaller kids and a smaller place this is the one. You can’t beat the price! I’m definitely going to buy some extra Velcro for the back cushions but other than that, everything is great. So worth it!
