So far I'm in love with this headset. My main driver was dual audio, although this has proven very helpful in an office environment. I do think they sound great. I didn't realize there was a xbox and PC version, I with amazon would have had them as the same product listing but a selection to make it more clear. I would have bought the PC version, although I can't say I'm really missing the enhanced sound quality. They do sound very nice. I most days wear these all day at work. I'll take them off sometimes when I take breaks or lunch. They are not the most comfortable headset I've owned, but they don't bother me for extended wear. I will sometimes move the over head piece backward or forward, but this is maybe every hour or so, and not constant. The ear muffs can get a little warm, but I think this is the nature of any over ear after wearing for a few hours. Features I love: - Noise gate on the mic: I was getting a lot of background noise from neighbors while on teams meetings, now I can adjust the noise gate until their chatter isn't picked up - Mic Monitor: Keeps me talking at an appropriate volume when I am in a meeting and wearing over the ear headphones - Dual Connectivity: I love having music playing through my phone and still being able to hear computer notifications, and be in meetings - Glasses comfort, I thought this was going to be hype, but these are very comfortable to wear with glasses, and don't press the temple into my head at all - Wheel feel, the volume wheels have a super premium feel to them, and are very smooth and easy to use - physical buttons with remap - phone can adjust eq, and other setting while on PC audio If they came out with a bone conductive headset with dual connectivity, mic gate, & mic monitor, I would buy it. Otherwise I hope to get multiple years of enjoyment from this. Some annoyances, that I suspect will be resolved with updates. These are not deal breakers for me, but a little frustrating with a headset of this price - ANC will sometimes result in some artifacts, and I have to turn ANC off - Sometimes Bluetooth call/headset volume doesn't adjust. My phone will show that it does, but the volume doesn't actually change ... show more

I’ve had this headset for a little over a month now and it’s Awesome.This headset looks and feels really nice. It came in a really nice carry case that makes taking it with you on a trip or to a friend’s place easy and way less worrisome about damaging it. The earmuff material is soft and supple, yet firm enough to make the fit snug and not too over pressured. The Noise Cancellation feature is superb and the mic is perfect. The headband is very durable, although if you have a big head..the mesh cushion can be a little uncomfortable at times when the headband is in contact with the mesh when worn for a long period of time,but not too horrible. The swappable batteries are top notch and Do last a long time. I play 6-8 hours a day and after about 4 days was down to about 48% and only swapped out for the fresh one out of habit. Overall..I would recommend getting this headset. It is a bit costly, but after getting a lot of time to use it…it’s definitely top notch and of superior quality. ... show more

I've been a turtle beach user for a long time. From long wires to the Xbox 360 (which I still have and work) to the 700 Gen3, long time buyer first time caller. I loved the Gen3s so much my wife bought the same pair which created the issue that brought me here. Our headsets would attempt to connect to whichever Xbox it wanted to and took many reboots and attempts for us to both work at the same time. Figured why not an upgrade. I purchased the Astro A50 and was disappointed. The audio was good, but not great. The mic quality others told me was excellent, but my personal experience was lacking with poor quality audio. On top of all that, the noise isolation was terrible compared to the Gen3s. I returned them and waited for the Stealth 2 and I'm glad I did. The noise isolation with ANC is still excellent like the Gen3s. The audio quality is better. The mic quality is excellent. My only complaint is they don't feel as comfortable as the Gen3s, but they aren't uncomfortable. However I find myself adjusting them often. I really like this headset and it might be the first headset I keep and purchase different cushions. ... show more

Great headset, the audio is fantastic and excellent quality. I feel like I can actually hear what direction a sound is coming from when I’m playing games and being able to connect my phone and listen to music at the same time is awesome. I love the interchangeable batteries it beats having to play with a cord plugged in while you’re running low on battery like my old headset. The headset itself is also physically great quality. I’m only giving 4 starts for a few reasons, when I first received the headset it did hurt my ears wearing it for the first few days, after that it seemed like the pads were “broken in” and no longer hurt to wear and we’re comfortable. Also I did have issues at the start with people telling me my voice sounded really choppy and robotic but I did the firmware updates and also I made the mistake of plugging the base into the front of my Xbox. I didn’t know the connectivity isn’t as good as when you plug into the back of the Xbox. After those minor adjustments it fixed the “choppy” issue completely. Also when you’re wearing it and get up and walk around if you need to lean over for any reason it does seem to want to fall forward and fall off your head but realistically I’m not leaning over too often so not much of a concern. 2.4 GHz wireless dongle useless or defective out of the box. Constantly searches for Bluetooth connection instead. Windows detects multiple devices. Audio controls on headset inoperable when you manually connect to whatever Windows is detecting. Out of the box the fit is a bit tight, but expected for something thats new. It does wear in easily and is quite solid of a design. Only gripe about it is I usually play with one ear phone off my ear, so it tends to slide and turn easily. It is compatible with BOTH the Playstation and Xbox and the sound is amazing on both. Ehhh. The three stars is primarily for build quality, it’s well built and feels premium with very good packaging. That’s where the positives end. The headband is not a good fit at all, I have a larger head and most headphones fit pretty snug but I can still find that comfort. With these there’s a lot of pressure laying on the headband on your head which results in some dis comfort and pain after a few hours of gaming. The sound quality imo is where it lacks. The sound is very “muddy” even with a bit of EQ through the Swarm 2 app and cranking the highs up and the lows way down it’s still very heavy on the low end and not clear. I did a comparison between this and some SteelSeries Arctis Nova Elite’s as well as a dedicated amp and higher end planar magnetic headphones. The drastic amount of more clarity you get with the Elite’s as well as my more audiophile setup is mind blowing, the bass is more clear and still present but it’s more “thumpy” in the low end. Turtle Beach has mentioned all of these things they plan on releasing as far as firmware updates to address the vast number of issues with the headset; connectivity issues, volume increases, ANC issues etc. but no real release timeframe. I feel like once those get released and they can polish up the firmware/software side it will be a much better headset but the physical aspects of the headset can’t be fixed unfortunately. My advice is to not listen to the YouTube reviews, the ads that TurtleBeach themselves are plastering everywhere or anything online. Take it from real world users who have used the headset and try them for yourself to have your own opinion. Price wise I do not think it’s worth $350, this is a $200 headset at best. Turtle Beach has a lot of work to do and really listen to the feedback from this headset to produce something really special on the next released product. ... show more
