VERY poor quality
Comfort isn't great (like other reviewers say), arrived on time. HOWEVER, this may be the worst assembled piece of furniture I've ever seen. The brackets were off by several inches horizontally and vertically and one set were actually upside down. even the upholstery on the slanted backs that the cushions are supposed to velcro too is backwards on the chaise piece. the chaise and the main sofa pieces were off by MY HAND'S WIDTH!!!

Uncomfortable
Very small and very uncomfortable. There is no cushioning at all and the build quality is very poor.

That it is for adults....
When you sat on this couch your knees are to your chin. It looks like a child's couch. I am sending it back. Plus I was told I have to pay to send it back...which is wrong. As there are 3 boxes which weigh quite alot, I don't feel I should have to pay for this.
