Bought this for my home office and it's very comfortable. It was easy to assemble on my own, and has held up well so far in the 8 months I've been using it. I work from home and use this ~10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Ivory seat is showing some minor color transfer from my jeans but is in perfect, original condition otherwise. I have not tried to clean the discoloration yet so unfortunately I cannot advise on how easy it is to restore/maintain original coloring, but the seat feels just as supportive and cushy as it did on Day 1 ... show more

This chair is reasonably comfortable, not too difficult to put together, and seems to be of good quality. My only complaint is that it sits quite high even at the lowest setting, so my feet don’t fully touch the floor when I sit all the way back, and I’m not a short person. Its a little annoying and renders the tilt function useless, but I like the chair well enough to deal with it. Update: I bought this chair in June of 2021, tomorrow is October of 2025. This chair has withstood 7-8 moves and is only showing signs of some normal wear and tear. The cushion has not sunk in the slightest and I would buy another one to replace it and take the "old" one to the office when I have to go in if my work didn't frown upon it. 2022: This chair is great for extended working hours from home. I work your average 9-5 from home and I've never had any discomfort or pain while using this chair. I am always very comfortable and can get my work done seamlessly, not having to worry about discomfort. I am a very active athlete, playing sand volleyball 6-7 times a week. Sometimes my body becomes sore from over utilization. I never have to add to that iritation while using this chair. I'm a tall woman at 5'11 and the chair back rises probably 2 inches above my shoulders so I am fully supported. This also helps if I choose to place a heating pad on my hitting shoulder, I don't have to worry about the pad hanging off of the chair. ... show more

I almost explicitly buy La-Z-Boy office chairs, and have for many years. While I usually go for a different style I thought I'd give this one a try. I'll say it is comfortable (as are all of the previous ones I've owned), however this particular model seems a little bit wobbly overall. The padding is adequate, but I'm also disappointed because I thought it would have a higher back like the previous chairs I've owned. Assembly was easy enough, probably took me about 20 minutes but I've assembled many of these before so I know what I'm doing. As for the value for the money, I wish I had just spent the extra little bit and got the executive style ones I typically get, because of the wobble I worry that the chair might not last as long as the others have. ... show more

Chair is pretty and comfortable;however, it arrived with silver writing, and a cut with indentations from packaging. LaZBoy says to take issue up with Amazon, but Amazon is showing that we may only get a partial refund after 30-40days despite it clearly arriving defective. So, there i was, going through chairs just about every 4 months due to sitting so much (i work online, chairs take a beating). I thought to myself "man, i could really use a la-z-boy", but i thought that would mean having a recliner at my desk... seems pretty unreasonable. Then i notice they do actually make desk chairs!!! This thing is actually really comfy and offers a lot of seat support so i don't think i will be wearing it out anytime soon.
