Perfect chairs. The velvet covering is flawless and tight, padding is firm, and the shape of the scoop is ultra-comfortable. Super annoying that after assembling 3 chairs the 4th one had bent front legs. Doesn’t feel like we can bend them back into place without breaking them. Frustrating because a return requires us to disassemble all of them and ship all back when we only need 1 replaced. Broken process.
