It came really fast, we got all 4 boxes within a week of ordering it. It was simple to put together, just 1 person can do it. I wish the back cushions had velcro so they could stick on, because before we added our own, they kept falling. If you have tile floors, you will need to get non slip pads for the bottom. I firmly believe if this couch was sold in a furniture store it would have cost at least twice as much. It's a very long couch and that's exactly what I was looking for. Me and my 14 year old laid down on opposite ends and had room between us still. It does sit low. We've had it a month. Everyone that sat in it agreed that it was very comfortable. We added a few extra pillows and now it's perfect for us. The assembly is not difficult but does require a decent amount of room. I haven't noticed any issues with quality and it's very sturdy.
