I LOVE how this chair looks....very cool! The print on the instructions is a bit too small. I snapped pics and blew them up....so much easier! The only error I made was inserting the footrest incorrectly but that was an easy fix (check that BEFORE you install the chair back!). Otherwise, assembly was pretty straight-forward. Some nice features: the armrests are cushioned, the headrest is adjustable and - best of all - the lumbar support slides up and down which is GREAT. The recline locks into any position you want and the up/down adjust is super easy to operate. This chair has really helped my back already and I've only had it for a few days. My husband likes it and he's a bigger man and its comfortable which is why I give it 4 stars. He did point out that he probably won't use the massager because, he is animated when playing his games (spinning around etc) and it needs to be plugged in. The foot rest is a little flimsy. I realize it is now selling for almost $40 less after Christmas. I'm thinking about returning it and getting a nicer chair that is $10 more than what I originally paid for this one. ... show more

First thing there was a problem where the product was damaged by the shipper? and was immediately return to sender as undeliverable..When I contacted the seller they sent out a replacement chair via FedEx. Package arrived in perfect condition and on time. Upon opening the package I noticed it was not the color option I ordered. Originally ordered the white option and received a red one.. I'm not complaining about that ,but it did happen. I am very happy with the communication and quick response from the seller and ease of assembly and sturdiness of the chair. ... show more

DO NOT and I mean do not waste your money on this chair. I bought 3 at Christmas last year, different brands and colors... this was the worst chair purchased. There's no back (or butt) support at all... my son is constantly complaining that he can feel the metal poles in his back and this was within the first 2 weeks of having the chair. Very cheaply made. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for shipping or the overall price of the chair and avoid this one like the plague ... show more

The chair assembled easily, I had to retighten the lower arm bolts once. I have had the chair for two months now, the lumbar and head reast pillow are still good, chair is still sturdy, but the cushion in the bottom of the seat is completely compressed and has no actual "cushion left", for refrence im 150lbs. Decent chair but the seat cushion will not last long wich is a product failure to me. The seat (for gaming use) will also get very hot after about an hour, not a flaw in teh chair, just a note. ... show more
