I have pool set up. However, I have used two different pumps and they both stop working after about one hour. Is it supposed to have 3 holes? I don't understand what the far left one is for. But I didn't get a piece to close it off. Any help or suggestions?

The pool was fine but the filter was not adequate for the size of the pool. The company however is very unethical. I ordered a ladder from them that came defective. I asked them to send a replacement part to made the ladder usable. They couldn't, but offered $19 towards buying thr part myself. When I asked for the name of the part or a link to buy it myself, they could not. So then they wanted me to return the ladder. But I could not because the steps had been assembled to the rods and could not be removed. They also claimed to be out of stock on the ladders which meant they couldn't send a replacement. But when I looked it up myself, I could've ordered one from them the same day. So they lied. So now I have a defective ladder, they refuse to make it right, and I'm out the money. Do not buy anything from Spreetail. They will not do right by you if there are any issues with your product. ... show more

Absolutely love the pool and easy to set up! Do not waste your time with pump sent with pool! HIGHLY recommend upgrading pump to a bigger pump! Iโ€™ve spent more money trying to regulate the chemicals and spending a little more on pump would have saved me money!

This is the perfect pool for people on a budget. It works well. There were no flaws in the pool body. The plug was continually clicking off. Then it stopped working for the filter.

Filled it up and tiny rips in it. Had to run to the pool store and spend $50 on poxy patch for the pool. Holding so far. Highly disappointing though. We leaving the desert so water is scarce. They offered to return it. Who's going to pay my $175 for water? To drain and then refill another pool would be ridiculously expensive. ... show more

This pool is huge! We upgraded from a 10x30. I have a 3yr old and a 6yr old, itโ€™s a great size for them. We didnโ€™t level it as good as we should have. It was a very easy set up, only had two of us. The pump works really well also! Edit: It is July 10, and the pool is still great! I was trying really hard to not complain about this pool when the air started leaking out of the ring on the first day before any use. I was trying even harder when the actual pool drain's seaming tore on day 2. Now day 3 of use and even the pump no longer works. 3 days? Damaged from day 1? Completely useless by day 3?! I expected at least 1 season, maybe even a month before this pool fell apart. What a joke. Don't waste your money. ... show more
