Description

Installation Steps: 1. Drill two pilot holes in the location where you want to mount the picture light. Place screws (included) in pre-drilled holes. Tighten slightly until secure, but do not tighten all the way. Slide EZ Mount Bracket keyhole slots over screw heads and into position. 3. Make sure the mounting bracket is level before securing it to the wall. 4. Once you confirm that the bracket is level, tighten the screws to secure it to the wall. Take care not to over tighten. 5. To hang the picture light on the mounting bracket, align the picture light with the mounting bracket and slide the unit down. Picture light will lock into position. 6. To remove the picture light from the mounting bracket: A) Hold the picture light by the base (not light head). B) Slide the unit up. These totally changed the look of my dining room with the canvas art and moulding. I got the gold color and it's a lighter shade of yellowy gold with a satin finish. They are not very bright, HOWEVER, they are perfect when they are used as an accent/spotlight when other lights are off in the room, which I think is the whole point. They look so elegant. If you get more than one, one remote WILL control all of them; sometimes simultaneously, sometimes not, depending on which direction you're pointing the remote in. Very nice light with a remote. It was very easy to install and the color is a nice soft yellow. It dims and goes brighter but you can’t change the color. I love the modern design and it perfectly illuminates our art. My only complaint is that the back of the light (mount side) and the actual light are not perfectly aligned and it can’t be adjusted which means that you can make only one or the other level but not both. We chose to level the light rather than the box at the back. It’s very slight so only a perfectionist like me would notice! Overall not enough of an issue to return it. ... show more

We installed these and were SO impressed with how much they elevated our gallery wall. I was so excited I almost ordered one for every frame in my house … that is until I spent the next 48hrs troubleshooting battery/charging issues. One wouldn’t turn on at all unless connected to the charger so I replaced. Then the others began going out despite being charged before installation. I had ordered a battery pack to charge without removing from the wall, but they would only hold a charge for a very short period after being connected for some time. I removed all to charge, but reading other reviews it seems I shouldn’t expect much from the battery life. Far to much upkeep to keep this feature functioning, so unfortunately will be looking for other options. ... show more

Great idea and I have purchased three total and one returning. One issue is the charger on one did NOT fit. Another one is not very bright and does not last very long on the charge. One was great bright and seems to last longer. Seems hit or miss with this item but cheap looks good. You know the saying "you get what you pay for" For the price buy it because it does look nice and last for a few hours so if you are highlighting your art and you have people over it will last long enough. It is okay overall just check the charger first just in case it does not fit. Most likely looks good but cheaply made. ... show more
