We only got to use one day. The base leaked all the water & as a result it fell over. The backboard & hoop bent & only half the lights work. This was my sons Christmas present & he can’t use it. We are so disappointed after spending all this money on this basketball hoop & it can’t be used. Since my first review the seller reached out & replaced all the damaged items.     • Flimsy base
I only got to enjoy the product for a couple weeks. The base couldn’t handle the weight of the pole and use. The base/system fell down and now two of my poles are bent. I had it filled with the water and a sand bag on top. Does anyone know how to get replacement parts for this item?

We had a little trouble assembling and ran into a few issues; but customer service was very responsive and helpful. They took care of our issues immediately and the unit is very nice and sturdy as it can fill with 200 lbs of sand.
