This is very easy to put together, and very sturdy with no squeaks. I bought the 16", which leaves lots of room for storage underneath. There is one design flaw, though, which is that the supporting legs are not recessed, and it's easy to stub your toes, particularly on that middle piece. I would look for a different style next time.
