Even without lights on, it sooks like a piece of art. Now the hard things. Not easy to assemble the 300+ pieces. Each of the dangling crystal has to be manually clicked in place. Each ball has to be put in metal string. ONE BY ONE. Nicely packaged though so the 300+ pieces dont break/get scratched. The screws with the package are not strong . Very scary and bad thing happened it fell from 15 feet height ceiling. Hurt badly on head of person and gave scratch on hand . Be careful check the sturdiness and then hang the crystal. Update: Seller reached to me explaining that this is the only incident that they have come across and have promised to look into it at utmost sincerity. Looks like I did get a chance to communicate with multiple folks, rather than just one sales representative in their company and they indeed are taking it seriously. I would revise the ratings for the proactive communication in this regard. They have also promised to replace the dented/partly broken chandelier. ... show more
