For online purchase I was a bit skeptical but I am overly satisfied with my product. The package came rolled up in a box. Sorry no picture!!! So at first I’m like omg this this is going to be all kinds of crazy. But surprisingly once you unroll it it fits perfectly on your bed. It’s very soft but firm which provides great support to my back. Great quality and form fitting mattress. It keeps it shape retention after use. It was the perfect width as I fit like to sleep to high. I would recommend!!!
