The firmness is perfectly balanced - a medium-soft touch that's not too plush to sink into, nor too firm to cause discomfort. Whether lying on my back or side, it provides enough support, and most importantly when turning over at night it doesn't disturb my partner. The price vs quality is top-tier. When you unbox and fully expand it, you can clearly feel the premium texture and details, plus there's no unpleasant odor. Compared to the "premium" brands on Amazon, this mattress is on par or even better in quality. It easily matches the standards of mattresses priced over $350 - definitely a great choice!
