I have a smaller air compressor that I have used with a staple gun in the past & thought I could use that for the trails. Has a small 5 gal tank & with that full from the start it still took over 25 minutes to fill my 37" tire from 18lbs to 35lbs. I could not imagine doing 4 tires like that. I got the All-top twin head compressor & tried it out today. 1.5 minutes to fill from 18 lbs to 35 lbs. Quality product & happy I got it. Need to put a leash on it, because it wants to walk away while running. Comes with a nice quality soft case. But it fit perfectly in my bugout crate.

When I first tried this, the compressor was only on for a few seconds, then there was a pause, and then it was on for a fraction of a second, and then stopped. I thought it was broken as I'm used to my older compressors, which took a few minutes to do the same thing. I was delighted to discover that it got the exact pressure I set it to, in record time. I confirmed the pressure with a different pressure gauge. This thing is amazing! The air hose is generous enough to reach anywhere. The nozzle securely clips onto the tire stem, so you can quickly attach and detach it with no air leaking when clipping it on, filling the tire up, or unclipping, very cool.

Used the compressor to air up two really low trailer tires. It worked great and aired them up very quickly, 18 PSI to 35 PSI within 30-40 seconds each. The only issue I encountered was the quick lock valve stem attachment didn’t like the valve stems on these tires and had a little issue locking while depressing the shrader valve. I later tried this on two other truck tires and had no issues so it was just the valve stems in those particular trailer tires. The quick attachment can be removed if this is an issue on certain valve stems like this. Pump is quite accurate too and within 1 PSI when tested with another pressure gauge as shown in the pictures. This compressor is super easy to use and worked great!

This compressor is quite nice, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it’s heavy duty and made pretty well. It comes in a pretty decent carrying bag with handles and that makes it easy to move around. The compressor itself blows my other smaller ones out of the water. I have had quite a few compressors over the years that run off of the cigarette lighter and they do the job, but it’s painfully slow. This compressor was much more convenient to use. Especially after airing down all 4 tires for beach driving. I have made two modifications to mine to make it work even better for my scenario. I have mounted the unit to a piece of plywood with feet on it that connect with the milwuakee packout system. This allows me to secure the compressor in my truck to a packout mounting plate along with other off-road gear and everything stays right where you put it without having to strap anything down. The second mod that I made was with the power cables. For overall convenience and speed, I ditched the alligator clips and installed an Anderson connector on the end. I have already installed a female Anderson connector off of the battery/alternator to power other high draw items when needed and the plug is easily accessible from the bed of the truck. Now I can plug this in and be up and running in seconds without popping the hood. Overall, so far, I’m very pleased. I will update if I run into any issues in the future.

Picked this pump up to use in my 4x4. Many times when airing down tires for offroading, you need to bring those tires back up to pressure before operating on the road. This works perfectly for that as well as airing up a tire that goes flat when on the trail or away from the house on the farm. This pump is heavy and large for a portable pump. It's definitely not one of the pocket pumps you find online that is battery operated and the battery only lasts long enough to fill a bicycle tire. This connects to your car battery via alligator clamps, not your power outlet. It moves a pretty large quantity of air (rated at 12.35 cfm) although I haven't flow tested it. The pump is packaged nicely and has a quick disconnect hose that is long enough to reach all 4 tires on my truck while still connected to the battery and I don't have to move or relocate the compressor. Comes with a connector to fill tires, however I wish it was quick connect so I could use a standard air chuck. This connector works great for hooking up to a tire, setting the desired pressure, and walking away while it fills. It seems to be accurate, although I did have problems with the chuck leaking air around the valve stem while it was filling which made the sensor read inaccurate pressures. Some slight adjustment and removing any stress on the hose solved that problem. With a little handyman engineering, you could convert this to an onboard compressor and hard wire this to the battery, however as it's built it's intended for portable use and has no tank. It would not be much of a problem to hard wire this and bolt it down to use for air lockers, air suspension, and other onboard air requirements. Really nice air compressor for the price point and it's comparable to many models that are considerably more expensive.

This works great and is small and compact, has a little weight, but not tool heavy. It will give you the power you need as it is not a cheap compressor that you plug into your cigarette outlet, you connect this to your battery with the power clamps, one on the negative and one on the positive. I can have the compressor in the front of my vehicle connected to the battery and the air hose will allow me to still hit all 4 tires, that is a bonus instead of constantly moving it closer. The LCD display screen is bright and will show your PSI, the compressor will air each tire up within a minute. Gives out great power. The quick connectors are nice and easy to use. Overall love this compressor. Amazing.
