I’m 5’9, 245 lbs. The packaging was great no damages. The product, good quality. Comfort for me was too soft, where sitting on the edge just sinks. I prefer a medium firm where you’re not sinking in but I was still able to get a good nights rest. So if your on the heavier side like me, and you want firm this is not it, but if you like soft and comfy then this is it.
