So I got these lights yesterday and only two of the five seem to turn on at all (which is why I’ve given it 2 stars). I’ve tried troubleshooting with batteries and even verified it wasn’t a battery issue by swapping batteries with one that worked. Unfortunately there’s no way to disassemble them (at least to my knowledge) to try and troubleshoot or even see what the problem is, so if you get a dud you’re stuck. That being said, the two that work look great and are exactly what I was going for. The flickering effect looks good and it’s a nice soft orange light. It should be noted the string lights are white light, so those aren’t quite as soft on the eyes. The case around the “candle” is plastic, so you generally shouldn’t have to worry about them being fragile, plus they’re very light. Overall if they worked I would’ve said they’re great for the money, but because only two would turn on after troubleshooting every way I could, I’m forced to give it a lower rating. Update: A day after posting this review the seller reached out and offered to send a new set for free as compensation. If they work I will update the review accordingly. As stated above, the 2 that worked from this batch have been working great and I’m looking forward to getting a complete set! Update 2: I received the first set of lights just 4 days ago and already I have the replacement set with all lights working. They look wonderful and are exactly what I was hoping for. The seller reached out to me and made it right, and because these all work as intended I’m going to chalk up the last set as a bad batch and set my rating up to a 5 star. If you happen to get a bad batch like I did they will take care of you and do so quickly. I would definitely recommend this to someone setting up a romantic “candle-lit” setting since my wife loves them. ... show more

Love these candles! Bought them for romantic evenings and I love the fact that there are five of them and they have the angel lights woven around the base of the candle and that the light flickers at different speeds and you can dim the candle if you wanted. It's also got a timer and I use them at night time as in my life as well ... show more

I bought this 5-piece set of flameless LED candles to add some cozy ambiance to my home, and they did not disappoint. Very cute, very plastic. It features a dimmer option which is cool, the remote comes with a battery but the candles do not. There is an option to turn the ring of lights that runs inside the container off which is another cool feature. You can also switch from flickering mode to just “light” mode and there’s 4 separate timer options from 2-8 hours. They all arrived in good condition, but they don’t feel extremely durable. I used these candles at a graduation reception, and they looked great. They came as pictured and worked well. They seemed to be good quality, and I was able to pack them up to keep for later.
