I train a lot for obstacle course race that includes too many upper body workouts that includes hanging, pushing and lifting I get sore really quick which gives me knots most of the time. This helps to relax me and get my blood flowing. I mostly fell asleep after. The massaging part is only on the neck or shoulder area. Your hips will be elevated and some vibrations on the leg area.
